PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch capable of attaining a patch preparation having much excellent cohesion, causing no cobwebbing in peeling from the skin and having excellent stability.SOLUTION: The patch comprises a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the support. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains an acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture comprising (a) a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester, (b) a hydroxy group-containing monomer, and (c) a diketone group-containing monomer.
