Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an omnibearing reflector device which can cope with the positional relation, between a position desired for survey and a reference position.
SOLUTION: This omnibearing reflector device 10 has a reflector body 12, where an incidence plane 25 of a plurality of corner cube prisms 21, arranged annularly about a virtual axis, is positioned on the outer peripheral surface, as seen from a direction which is orthogonal to the virtual axis. The reflector body 12 is provided with an insertion hole 57, having an axis matching with the virtual axis, and a linear pole 11 is slidably inserted into the insertion hole 57. The reflector body 12 is provided with a fixing means 14, capable of being fixed for mutual slide for the reflector body 12 and the pole 11, at an arbitrary position of the pole 11.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a coordinate measuring device capable of measuring the coordinates on a flat plate with high accuracy and provide an image data input device. CONSTITUTION:An image scanner 1000 is constituted of a base 100, an observing optical system, a measuring optical system, and an X-Y stage. The X-Y stage is constituted of an X stage 410, Y axis guides 420, 421, an X axis motor 430, a Y stage 440, X axis guides 450, 451, and a Y axis motor 460. A mount stage 470 for mounting a measured object is formed on the Y stage 440, a plurality of patterns arranged at prescribed positions are formed on a flat plate, and an image pickup means has the measuring optical system converting the patterns into image signals. An arithmetic processing means calculates the coordinates on the flat plate based on the image signals from the image pickup means, and the observing optical system can convert the image of the measured object into the image signal.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the image data input device which enables high-precision positioning by forming a plurality of patterns on a flat plate where a body to be measured is fixed and employing a measurement optical system which reads the patterns out as to an image data input device equipped with a positioning device which can perform high-precision positioning. SOLUTION: The flat plate fitted to a horizontally movable X-Y stage fixes the body 2000 to be measured, the patterns which are arranged at fixed positions are formed on the flat plate and converted by the photoelectric converting means 250 of the measurement optical system into an electric signal, and a gravity center detecting arithmetic means detects the center of gravity of the patterns at the specific positions on the flat plate according to the electric signal from the photoelectric converting means; and an observation optical system observes an image of the body 2000 to be measured, and the optical axis of the observation system and the optical axis of the measurement optical system are coaxial, crossed, or parallel.
