Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a multikind and small quantity ceramic part having a complicated shape at low cost by adjusting the ratio of a wax type binder and a resinous binder in a raw material preparing process to impart sufficient strength and slip properties to a ceramic green molded object and completing the processing process of a ceramic product having a complicated shape having a thin-walled part such as a turbo-charger by raw processing without using a mold. SOLUTION: A wax type binder and a resinous binder are added to and mixed with a ceramic powder in the sum total amt. of 4-10wt.% and, subsequently, the resulting mixture is subjected to isotropic static pressure molding to set the raw strength of the molded object to 1.5MPa, pref., 1.5-3.5MPa in four- point bending strength and, thereafter, the molded object is subjected to raw processing up to a final shape to be degreased and baked.
