    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a road by sufficiently irradiating a road surface in front of a vehicle without giving glare to a driver of a preceding vehicle. SOLUTION: Each of right side lamp 30R and left side lamp 30L irradiates regions including an upper part from a cutoff line of a luminous intensity distribution pattern for a low beam. Shades for forming high beams provided in the right and left lamps 30R and 30L shield a part of light emitting from light sources of the lamps 30R and 30L to form a right side luminous intensity distribution pattern and a left side luminous intensity distribution pattern. The shades are constituted to change the widths of light shielding regions. A vehicle position detecting part 52 detects the front vehicle position. A cutoff line changing part 50 controls the widths of the light shielding regions of the shades so that a whole luminous intensity distribution pattern overlapped with the right side luminous intensity distribution pattern and the left side luminous intensity distribution pattern may constitute a light shielding region conformed to the vehicle position detected by the vehicle position detecting part 52.     摘要: A vehicle headlamp apparatus is provided. The vehicle headlamp apparatus includes a lamp unit, a first additional lamp unit which forms a first light distribution pattern, a second additional lamp unit which forms a second light distribution pattern overlapping with the first light distribution pattern, and a controller. The first light distribution pattern includes at least one first partial region, and the first additional lamp unit adjusts a luminous intensity of a light to be irradiated toward the first partial region. The second light distribution pattern includes at least one second partial region which partially overlaps with the first partial region, and the second additional lamp unit adjusts a luminous intensity of a light to be irradiated toward the second partial region. The controller controls the first additional lamp unit and the second additional lamp unit to adjust the luminous intensity of the partial regions.

Then, the longitudinal length of the lamp is shortened so as to attempt to make the lamp compact in size by inserting a light source bulb into a reflector from a side of an optical axis Ax. As this occurs, the insertion and fixing of the light source bulb is implemented at a position which is apart downwardly from the optical axis, whereby the formation of a light source bulb inserting and fixing hole in optical axis sideways areas on a reflecting surface of the reflector is avoided which would otherwise have to occur.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time to be required for optical axis adjustment while securing a sufficient amount of irradiated light, in a lighting fixture for vehicles which forms a light distribution pattern having a cut off line on a top edge, by irradiation of light from a lighting fixture unit using light emitting elements as light sources. SOLUTION: In the lighting fixture unit 20, rays of light from two light source units 30A, 30B are radiated forwards through a projection lens 22. On this occasion, each light source unit reflects light from the light emitting elements 24A, 24B arranged upwards on reference axes Ax1a, Ax1b extending in directions inclining toward the front of the lighting fixture closer to an optical axis Ax1, by reflectors 26A, 26B toward the front, and the efficiency of incidence to the projection lens is increased. Moreover, upwards emitting light from the projection lens is removed by preventing straight advance of part of light from each light source unit with a single light control member 28, and a predetermined cut off line can be formed even if each light source unit is not positioned precisely.
