    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce internal resistance of a battery, attain size reduction, increase capacity, and improve a rapid charge/discharge characteristic and charge/discharge cycle durability by forming a positive electrode body and/or a negative electrode body of a foaming metallic plate which does not form an allay with lithium or a metallic fiber sintered plate, and filling an electrode layer inside a metallic current collecting body. SOLUTION: A positive electrode body and/or a negative electrode body are integrally formed in a condition where a current collecting body three-dimensionally expands in a mixture by filling the mixture containing an active material and a polymer electrolyte in the current collecting body composed of a foaming metallic plate which does not form an alloy with lithium or a metallic fiber sintered plate. Therefore, an average distance between the active material and the current collecting body is small, and internal resistance of an electrode body is small. Therefore, a battery having large capacity is obtained, and can endure even large electric current discharge. In the electrode body, the active material is fixed by a polymer electrolyte also having a function as a binder together with the foaming metallic plate, and even if charge/ discharge is repeated, an increase in internal resistance of the electrode body can be restrained.

SOLUTION: An electronic product is possessed of a thin film formed of triazine ring-containing fluorine polymer which is obtained by trimerizing the cyano group of a cyano group-containing fluorine polymer which contains a polymerization unit represented by a specific formula, CF2 -CF(A ) (wherein A denotes -OR CN, -CN, or -R CN; R is a polyfluoroalkylene group which may contain ether linkage and is possessed of carbons which are 1 to 15 in number). The thin film is made to serve as the buffer coating film of a semiconductor device, whereby the semiconductor device is improved in performance such as a reduction in signal transmission delay time by the excellent electrical properties of the thin film and enhanced in reliability by the excellent physical properties of the thin film in a high-temperature region.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gel strength capable for thinning, downsizing, and lightening an electrochemical element by forming a matrix of a copolymer containing a polymerization unit based on a fluoroolefin and the polymerization unit based on hydrocarbon having unsaturated bonding, and containing solution prepared by dissolving electrolyte in a nonaqueous solvent. SOLUTION: The mixing rate of a polymerization unit based on fluoroolefin and the polymerization unit based on hydrocarbon having unsaturated bonding is 70/30 to 40/60 in molar ratio. The fluoroolefin is at least one kind of chlorotrifluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene, vinylidene fluoride, and hexafluoropropylene. Further hydrocarbon having unsaturated bonding particularly isobutene and 1-butene are particularly derivable. The number average molecular weight of a copolymer is desirably 10,000 to 1,000,000. Preferably, it contains electrolyte-dissolved solution by 30 to 90 wt.%, and the solution prepared by dissolving lithium salt such as ClO4 , or CF3 SO3 in carbonate is cited.

SOLUTION: In a copolymer, polymerization unit based on fluoro-olefine and polymerization unit based on vinylether or arylether are desirably included at a ratio 10/90-97/3. The polymerization unit based on vinylether or arylether is expressed with a formula -(CXY-CZ((CH2 )aOR ))-. In the formula, X, Y, Z separately means hydrogen atom, fluorine atom and chlorine atom, an R means at east one oxyalkylene group having 1-22 carbon, and (a) is 0 or 1. As a solvent, carbonate is desirable.

SOLUTION: An electrolyte used for a lithium battery matrixes a block copolymer or a graft copolymer consisting of a hard segment of 50 deg.C or more in melting point and a soft segment of 40 deg.C or lower in glass transition temperature, contains a solution consisting of a solute of lithium salt and a solvent in which the lithium salt can be solved, and is formed. A weight ratio of the hard and soft segments in a copolymer constituting the matrix is preferably 99/1 to 1/99. As a solvent, a carbonic-acid ester is employed, and as a polymeric electrolyte, a solution in which lithium salt is dissolved preferably contains about 30 to 90 wt.%.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To enable a sulfonic acid type functional group bearing perfluorocarbon polymer having molecular weight and ion-exchange capacity controlled in desired ranges to be aggregated and separated without depletion of the ozone layer by specifying a fluorine solvent for the polymer and a solvent for aggregation. CONSTITUTION:From the solution of perfluorocarbon polymer bearing functional groups of sulfonic acid type dissolved in a fluorine solvent, the polymer is aggregated and separated from the solvent using a hydrochlorofluorocarbon as a solvent for aggregation.
