    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for synthesizing a peptide under the presence of one or more substance selected from organic acids in which a part or all of hydrogen halides or hydrogen atoms are substituted with halogen and salts of the organic acids, with using ionic liquid at high concentration and in high yield.SOLUTION: There is provided a producing method for a peptide, in which (A) a first amino acid or peptide converted into ionic liquid, (B) a second amino acid or peptide, or ester thereof, and (C) one or more substance selected from organic acids in which a part or all of hydrogen halides or hydrogen atoms are substituted with halogen and salts of the organic acids are provided in a reaction field, herein, the first amino acid or peptide converted into ionic liquid is used as a reaction solvent and reaction ingredient, and a peptide bond is formed between the first amino acid or peptide and the second amino acid or peptide, or ester thereof.
