摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-phase method for synthesizing a peptide-like compound, for the synthesis of an N-substituted oligomer, having a form of poly(N-substituted glycine) (referred to as poly NSG in the present specification) or a heterocyclic organic compound (wherein N-substituted glycine monomer unit forms a skeleton), or a combination library or a mixture of such heterocyclic organic compounds that should be assayed with regard to biological activity.
SOLUTION: Provided is a solid-phase method for synthesizing a peptide-like compound, for the synthesis of the N-substituted oligomer, having a form of poly(N-substituted glycine) (referred to as poly NSG in the present specification) or the heterocyclic organic compound (wherein N-substituted glycine monomer unit forms a skeleton) or the combination library or the mixture of such the heterocyclic organic compound that should be assayed with regard to biological activity.
