Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of using the space of a fan conventionally arranged in front of a front passenger seat for expanding a utility space or a passenger foot space, and enhancing the mountability on a vehicle.
SOLUTION: A fan conventionally arranged on the upstream side of an air-conditioning unit to cool or heat the inside air or outside air introduced from inlets 1a, 1b is deleted, and a small fan 10 is newly arranged on each outlet 9 formed in each of a plurality of ducts 8 connected to the downstream side of the air-conditioning unit. In other words, a fan 2 having a large volume conventionally arranged on the upstream side of the air-conditioning unit is omitted by the configuration of a cooler 3 → a heater 4 → the plurality of ducts 8 → the plurality of fans 10 → the plurality of outlets 9.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically connect a vehicle-mounted display 20 and an electronic control device 45 without taking time. SOLUTION: Since each terminal pin 24 is provided at the top end side of the jointing part 22 of the vehicle mounted display 20, when the jointing part 22 is inserted into the opening part 13 of the instrument panel 10 , the liquid crystal panel main body 21 and the electronic control device 45 are connected electrically by each terminal pin 24, thereby, the liquid crystal panel main body 21 and the electronic control device 45 are electrically connected without taking time. Since the jointing part 22 is pressed in and fixed by the opening part 13, the liquid crystal panel main body 21 can be fixed to the instrument panel 10 without using a tightening part or the like. As a protruded part 22a for engaging with a recessed part 17a in the opening part 13 when the jointing part 22 is inserted into the opening part 13, is provided, pulling off of the jointing part 22 from the opening part 13 can be prevented. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling workability of an on-vehicle device. SOLUTION: This assembling method for the on-vehicle device is so formed that a pipe 32 for the device to be assembled and fitted in a cabin is inserted into a through hole 41 formed in a partition wall 40 partitioning the cabin R from an engine room E. After a grommet 50 is mounted in the outer circumferential side of the pipe 32, the outer circumferential side of a first flange part 51 of the grommet 50 is deformed toward the internal circumferential side as shown in Figure 2 (b) so that both of the pipe 32 and the grommet 50 can be inserted into the through hole 41 from the side of the cabin R. Therefore, the on-vehicle device including the grommet 50 can be assembled from one direction in the side of the cabin R.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a connecting duct having a main body section and a frame section (clamping case).
SOLUTION: The main body section of this connecting duct is formed by heating a foamed PP sheet W. While the main body section is formed, the preformed frame section 132 is bonded to the main body section with an adhesive (primer) applied to the frame section 132 by utilizing the heating heat. Consequently, the frame section 132 can be bonded simultaneously to the main body section at the time of forming the main body section. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the connecting duct can be reduced, because the manufacturing man-hour of the duct can be reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the loading space efficiency of an air conditioning duct such as a face duct. SOLUTION: A sound absorbing material 15 is fixed to the inner side face of a car body side bulkhead 14 located in the front section in a car cabin to absorb the noise from an engine room 12, and this sound absorbing material 15 is made of material effective for sound absorption and the sound insulation like a face duct 17. Paying attention to this point, the sound absorbing material 15 which is fixed to the inner side face of the bulkhead 14 on the side of the car body, and the face duct 17 arranged in the front section in the car cabin are integrated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning duct mounting structure with a screw fastening structure discontinued. SOLUTION: An air conditioning duct 20 is retained by a bracket 12 formed by cutting and raising a part of a sandwich panel 11 integrated with a cowl panel 10. A usual structure fixing the air conditioning duct 20 with screws, thereby can be eliminated and a usual bracket 21 formed as one body with the air conditioning duct 20 can be eliminated. Accordingly, it is allowed to form the air conditioning duct 20 with sound absorbing soft material (for example expanded polypropylen) to absorb noise with the air conditioning duct 20.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the position slippage of a sliding door caused by the phase difference between two intermediate gears (position slippage in the circumferential direction of the teeth of two gears) in an air passage changing-over device for driving a sliding door with a driving means through a rotating shaft having two intermediate gears. SOLUTION: The number of teeth of a first intermediate gear 30 meshing with a driving gear 35 is set the same as the number of teeth of a second intermediate gear 31 meshing with a driven gear 26c of a sliding door 26. Since the phase difference between both intermediate gears 30, 31 can be made zero, the relation of the position in the sliding direction A of the sliding door 26 and the position in the rotating direction of the driving gear 35 becomes constant, and thereby, the position slippage of the sliding door 26 caused by the phase difference between both intermediate gears 30, 31 can be suppressed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module structure of vehicle cockpit components capable of simplifying design change operation. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning unit 10 and its peripheral components 20-22 are assembled into a function module assembly M1, a steering supporting member 30 and air bag devices 40, 41 are assembled into a structure module assembly M2, and a displaying device 60, an instrument 61, and an instrument panel 50 are assembled into a design module assembly M3. As modularized like this, only the design module assembly M3 requires design change for each grade. The structure module assembly M2 and the function module assembly M1 can be used in common for any grade. Only the design module assembly M3 and the structure module assembly M2 require design change for each type of vehicle. The function module assembly M1 can be used in common for any type of vehicle.
