    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked cores for a rotating machine which can reduce the eddy current loss. SOLUTION: On a sheet core 2, recessed parts 4a formed on the surface of a magnet pole part and protruding parts 4b that project on its back surface are provided. The recessed parts 4a and the protruding parts 4b of the sheet cores 2, which are stacked, are press-connected to each other. But press- connectable positions and non press-connectable ones of the recessed parts 4a to the protruding parts 4b are provided alternately in the circumferential direction. In the stacked cores made by stacking these sheet cores 2, the press- connecting parts 'A' are dislocated in the circumferential direction for each group of a given number of pieces of the sheet cores 2. This structure prevents the press-connecting parts A from continuing in the stacking direction, so that the eddy current loss can be reduced sharply. Also, by rotating and stacking a given number of pieces of the sheet cores 2 in the circumferential direction, the total length of the stacking direction can be made equal over the entire circumference. In this way, good balance is made, when it is rotated, with the effect of lessening the vibrations and abnormal noises.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a laminated core which surely draws out only the laminated core from a thin plate core group.
    SOLUTION: A drawing-out member 50 is brought into contact with a thin plate core 22 for constituting the laminated core 60, having a predetermined thickness from a head of the thin plate core group 20. A support member 52 is installed at a side opposite to the member 50 via the group 20, and is brought into contact with the core 22 continued to the core 60. An interval of a laminating direction between the member 52 and the member 50 is a thickness part of the substantially one core 22. Before a base material is pressed by a press to form the core 22, thickness information of the base material is read by a read unit and is sent from the reading unit to a controller 80. The controller 80 controls a regulator 40 so that a contact end position of the member 50 is disposed at a center of the core 22 disposed at a tail end of the core 60 in the thickness direction, and a shaft 44 is projected.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a laminated core, in which only the core can be surely drawn out from a thin plate core group. SOLUTION: The thin plate core 22 punched out of a base material is sent to a base 30 side, while the core 22 is supported by a conveying rail 16. A controller 80 calculates the amount of protrusion of a shaft 44 so that a welding end position of the core 22 at a last end of the laminated core 62 by a laser welding machine 60 is located at a central part in a plate thicknesswise direction, based on plate thickness information recorded in the base material. A driver 42 of a regulator 40 protrudes the shaft 44 toward the thin plate core group 30 so as that it becomes the amount of protrusion calculated by the controller 80. The welding machine 60 moves by a predetermined distance in the laminating direction from the core 22 at a head of the core group 20, welds the core 22 to couple the core 22.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent complicated structure or manufacturing processes, prevent damage to commutator pieces, and implement favorable electrical contact between the commutator pieces and metal pieces in a disk commutator of noncommutator surface junctioned. SOLUTION: The projected portions 13 of the commutator pieces 1 are press- fit into the holes 4 in the metal pieces 2. Before insertion of the projected portions 13 into the holes 4, the entire surfaces of the intended contact regions of the projection portions 13, or regions to be in contact with the holes 4 after the insertion, are formed so that the diameter of the intended contact regions is larger than the diameter of the holes 4. During the insertion, therefore, the parts of the metal pieces 2 opposed to the holes 4 shave the outer circumferential faces of the projected portions 13. Thus, the holes 4 and the projected portions 13 are brought into favorable contact with each other in the intended contact regions.
