PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally adjust bleeding and to make a molding operation easier, in a resin pellet using transfluthrin, metofluthrin or the like, used for manufacturing a resin molding.SOLUTION: A resin pellet including an insect repellent component is used that includes: an insect repellent component including at least one kind of transfluthrin, metofluthrin and profulthrin; a fine powder carrier; and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repelling insect pests in an eating and drinking material housing body which has a high repelling effect to insect pests such as cockroaches, can sufficiently prevent the invasion thereof over a long period exceeding three months, is further safe, and has simple usability as well.SOLUTION: In the method for repelling insect pests in an eating and drinking material housing body, an insect pest repelling sheet(s) including a normal temperature volatile insect pest repelling ingredient which is hard to transfer smell to an eating and drinking material is installed at the inner face of an eating and drinking material housing body, and the normal temperature volatile insect pest repelling ingredient is volatilized from the insect pest repelling sheet(s) at a ratio of 1 to 200 mg/day/m, thus the invasion of insect pests to the eating and drinking material housing body is prevented over a long period exceeding three months. Preferably, the insect pest sheets are pasted on two or more parts at the inner face of the eating and drinking material housing body, and further, as the insect pest repelling sheet(s), the one obtained by laminating a resin layer including the normal temperature volatile insect pest repelling ingredient and further laminating a drug permeable sheet layer having permeability regarding the normal temperature volatile insect pest repelling ingredient thereon.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical volatilization apparatus capable of forming a barrier space of a volatile chemical in the periphery by volatilizing a high dose of the volatile chemical in a short period within 12 hours, and capable of preventing entry of flying insect pests into the space.SOLUTION: In the chemical volatilization apparatus, the volatile chemical is volatilized by blowing air by a fan to a chemical carrier which carries the volatile chemical. 10-70 mg of the volatile chemical is carried in the chemical carrier, and the quantity of volatilized chemical per hour is at least 0.7 mg/h. At least 50% of the quantity of the carried chemical is volatilized in 12 hours from the start of use to form the barrier space with the volatile chemical in the periphery of the apparatus to prevent entry of flying insect pests into the space. Preferably, the chemical carrier is the one carrying the volatile chemical on a latticed or net-like fiber structure made of non-textured polyester fiber.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for chemical volatilization capable of preventing invasion of flying insects into a space which is the barrier space of a volatile chemical made by volatilizing a large amount of the volatile chemical around the same in a short time of ≤12 hours.SOLUTION: There is provided the apparatus for chemical volatilization which volatilizes the volatile chemical by rotating a carrier of the chemical on which the volatile chemical is carried, wherein 10-50 mg volatile chemical is brought to be carried on the chemical carrier, while ≥50% of the carried amount is volatilized within 12 hours from the initiation of use to form the barrier space of the volatile chemical around the same and the invasion of flying insects into the space is prevented by the apparatus for chemical volatilization. The chemical carrier is preferably brought to carry the volatile chemical by a lattice shaped or a net-like fiber structural body of a non-textured polyester-based fiber.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine container capable of easily opening the seal of housing container of an indicator. SOLUTION: The medicine container includes a medicine case 101 for housing the medicine, a tray part 110 and a flange part 111 connected to the tray part 110, and including a housing container 102 fit in the surface of the medicine case 101, the indicator 106 housed in the tray part 110 of the housing container 102, and film 107 sealing the housing container 102 and peeled off on opening the seal. At the surface of the medicine case 101, a recessed part 103 to which the housing container 102 is fit, and pawls 114, 115 projecting from the peripheral part of the recessed part 103 are installed. At the housing container 102, stepped parts 112, 113 formed by denting relative to the surface of the flange part 111 are installed. The surfaces of the pawls 114, 115 and the surface of the flange part 111 constitute the same plane, and the film 107 is sealed on the flange part 111 and the surfaces of the pawls 114 and 115. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug carrier to be mounted on an air cleaner which contains a drug volatile at normal temperatures and enables stable volatilization of a fixed amount of an active ingredient not by the air flow of the air cleaner. SOLUTION: The drug carrier to be mounted on an air cleaner is obtained by kneading 0.5-15 mass% composition of a drug volatile at normal temperatures with a resin carrier produced by incorporating 4-20 mass% carboxylic acid ester monomer unit into a polyolefin resin and forming the kneaded product into a reticulation or a network. The composition of a drug volatile at normal temperatures is preferably at least one kind selected from methofluthrin, profluthrin, transfluthrin, empenthrin, and terallethrin.
