PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material high in safety even if a person falls, excelling in static load resistance, traveling performance of casters, a walking feeling and smoothness in construction and suppressing the occurrence of warping in a floor material product state and after construction. SOLUTION: The floor material which is a medium density fiberboard (MDF) or plywood is formed by laminating a second base material on a first base material, and laminating a third base material on the second base material. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet lapping product in which the top panel and four sides of a tabular substrate having male tongues and female tongues on the sides are covered beautifully with one sheet, and a technique for producing the product. SOLUTION: A sheet 3 is stuck on the top panel of the substrate 2 having the male tongues on one side on the side of a long side and on one side on the side of a short side and the female tongues on the other sides. Notches are formed in four edge regions of the sheet 3, and side sticking pieces 3b-3e separated by the notches are formed on the four sides of the sheet. The side sticking pieces positioned on both sides with regard to the advance direction are stuck on the substrate sides while the substrate 2 is conveyed in the long side direction. Next, the side sticking pieces positioned on both sides with regard to the advance direction are stuck on the substrate sides while the substrate 2 is conveyed perpendicularly to the long side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond efficiently and promptly also for low production applications for presentations about an embossing makeup sheet, for trial production, and one-article production, etc., and to enable it to correspond also in big sizes for one door, etc. SOLUTION: The embossing makeup sheet 30 is manufactured by forming an embossed-pattern 2 in the front face made into the front side of a transparent thermoplastic resin film 1 by embossing which uses an embossing roll, producing an embossing cling film 10 which forms adhesive layers 3 in the rear surface of another side at least beforehand, cements and laminates this embossing cling film in the adhesive layers to the surface by the side of handle printing layers of a printing film 20 which provides and produces handle printing layers 7 by the ink jet printing method on a substrate film 6 which consists of a thermoplastic resin. As the transparent thermoplastic resin film and the substrate film, a film of olefin series resin is good. The floor sheet is characterized as follows: the backing sheet has a thickness of 2.0 mm or less, and is horizontally placed on an iron mount so that the base sheet side of the floor sheet becomes the mount side using a compression tester defined in JIS B 7721; a steel cylindrical jig of 0.8 mm in diameter is pressed on the surface of the backing sheet at a rate of 0.5 mm per minute; and a load when the backing sheet is recessed by 0.8 mm from the surface is 300 g or less.

SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 20 wide so as to overhang from the top face of a base material 2 is used, and the decorative sheet 20 is formed with outward incisions 21 respectively from the respective corners of the top face of the base material. Side face sticking pieces 22, 23 of the decorative sheet 20 are separately folded due to the presence of the incisions 21, and the side face sticking pieces 22, 23 are stuck to the side face of the base material 2. The base material 2 from the top face to the side face is covered with the decorative sheet 20, and there is no exposed part of the base material 2 in the state of being installed on a floor face. Excellent water resistance is thereby exhibited, and an inclined part is also covered with the decorative sheet by sticking the decorative sheet to the base material formed with the inclined part.
