Seat surfaces 29c come into abutment with the inward bulging parts 32 at the screwing end of the screws 12 and resistance is generated, so that excessive resistance is prevented from acting on the texture of siding 15. The inward bulging parts 32 bring the surface of the siding 15 into a holding state, so that the texture of the siding 15 can be prevented from breakage.
