SOLUTION: The substrate 1 for installing equipment is used as a substrate for installing equipment on an exterior wall of a building, and comprises a plate having a round hole 1a in the center section. The plate has at least two hooking sections 1b and a gluing section 1c on which a sealing backup member is glued. The hooking sections 1b are individually formed on the same circumference of a circle, and the gluing section 1c is provided between the round hole 1a and the circumference on which the hooking sections 1b are provided. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type parting wall that has both high fire resistance performance and sound insulation performance, and is excellent in workability and advantageous in cost without making an existing parting wall large in wall thickness.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a dry type parting wall. The dry type parting wall W includes a panel frame F assembled in a substantially rectangular annular shape with a pair of vertical frames 11 and a pair of horizontal frames 12, furring strips 2 extending to make bridge connections between the pair of horizontal frames 12, and a plurality of face bars B1, B2 supported by the furring strips 2, those face strips B1, B2 being used as a pair of face strips differing in coincidence frequency. The face strips B1, B2 are fitted to the furring strips 2 with a plurality of fastening members T, and adjacent fastening members T are larger in distance at the center part of the panel frame F than at the outer peripheral part.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve joint strength in metal fittings fastened with self-drilling screws to an inorganic plate material such as siding.SOLUTION: Outward bulging parts 31 are formed at points to be inserted with screws 12 in metal fitting bodies 25, and taper-shaped inward bulging parts 32 are formed in the inner peripheral edges of the outward bulging parts 31. Tapping screws with taper-shaped seat surfaces 12c are used for the screws 12. Chips 34 accumulate in a space enclosed by the outward bulging parts 31 and the inward bulging parts 32. Seat surfaces 29c come into abutment with the inward bulging parts 32 at the screwing end of the screws 12 and resistance is generated, so that excessive resistance is prevented from acting on the texture of siding 15. The inward bulging parts 32 bring the surface of the siding 15 into a holding state, so that the texture of the siding 15 can be prevented from breakage. By these arrangements, high joint strength can be secured.

SOLUTION: The joint hardware S for connecting a panel P to a structure H of a building skeleton comprises a bridging section 3; a panel connection part 1 rising almost perpendicularly from the bridging section 3 and connected to a horizontal frame W1; and a structure connection part 2 rising almost perpendicularly from the bridging section 3 in the same direction as the rising direction of the panel connection part 1 to face almost parallel with the panel connection part 1, and connected to the structure H. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-floor wall structure for passing rainwater infiltrating from an outer wall joint at an inter-floor upper part, and passing through an inter-floor throat to reach a lower part through a part of a vertical joint on an outer wall on an inter-floor lower side and discharging the rainwater outdoors on a lower end side of an outer wall.SOLUTION: In an inter-floor wall structure 100, an inter-floor throat 1 is provided at an inter-floor part where a beam 101 is arranged. In addition, an upper outer wall panel 2 is arranged on an upper side of the beam 101, and a lower outer wall panel 3 is arranged on a lower side of the beam 101. The inter-floor throat 1 has a gutter part 1a at a lower part of an outer side face and has a through hole part 1b for dropping water passing through the gutter part 1a downward at a bottom part of the gutter part 1a. The inter-floor throat 1 is arranged so that the through hole part 1b is located at an upper part of an upper end opening of a lower side hollow gasket 5 arranged in a vertical joint in the lower outer wall panel 3.
