Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device inhibiting rotation of a stay in a circumferential direction without increasing the number of parts and assembling man-hours.
SOLUTION: The stay 40 has at an end of a flange 11 side a rotation stopper 42 for inhibiting relative rotation with a press-fit portion 15 of a flange 11. The rotation stopper 42 has an elliptic shape in the cross section perpendicular to an axis and a hole portion 16 in which the stay 40 is press-fitted has an elliptic shape similar to the cross-sectional shape of the rotation stopper 42 in the cross section perpendicular to the axis. The rotation stopper 42 of the stay 40 is therefore not rotated in the hole portion 16 of the flange 11. Even when force is applied in the circumferential direction of the stay 40, rotation of the stay 40 is regulated by the rotation stopper 42.

SOLUTION: A shaft 30 connects a flange 12 to the case body 26 of the pump module 20. One of the shaft 30 is press-fitted to the press-fitted part 13 of a flange 12, and the other is inserted into a projected part 28 projected from the side of a filter case 24. Rubber parts 40 of the same shape are fitted to opening parts in both axial sides of the projected part 28. On the flange 12 side and the anti-flange side of the projected part 28, a washer 50 is fitted to a small diameter part 32 so as to hold a vibration isolation member 40 in the clearance thereof from the projected part 28. A clip 52 is fitted to the small diameter part 32 on the opposite side of the vibration isolating member 40 of the lower side washer 50. The clip 52 prevents the shaft 20 from coming off the projected part 28.

SOLUTION: A stopper member 40 is installed on the outer periphery of a shaft 15. Accordingly, a step for determining the position of a flange 11 relative to a pump module 20 is formed. The shaft 15 may be formed in a bar shape having a roughly same outer diameter in the axial direction. Thus, the shaft 15 can be easily processed and the man-hours for processing the shaft 15 can be reduced. Also, since the stopper member 40 is fitted to the shaft 15, the movement of the connection part 30 of the pump module 20 is limited by the stopper member 40. As a result, the position of the pump module 20 relative to the shaft 15 can be easily and accurately determined.
