    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyurethane acqueous dispersion which has excellent contact adhesive strength just after sticking, excellent initial adhesive strength, final adhesive strength, heat resistance, and good applicability, and to provide an adhesive therewith. SOLUTION: The polyurethane acqueous dispersion comprises (D) acqueous dispersion obtained from and (E) at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of a dialkylsulfosuccinate metal salt, a dialkylsulfosuccinate organic salt, an alkylbenzene sulfonate metal salt and an alkylbenzene sulfonate organic salt. (A) an organic polyisocyanate, (B) a polyol having a hydroxide value of 10-350 mgKOH/g, and (C) a polyamine having a molecular weight of 300 or less and/or a polyol having a molecular weight of 300 or less, where one of (B) and (C) has carboxylate groups and/or sulfonate groups. The adhesive is produced from the polyurethane acqueous dispersion.

SOLUTION: The polyurethane acqueous dispersion product comprises (D) acqueous dispersion and (E) an anionic surfactant and/or a nonionic surfactant, wherein the polyurethane water dispersion product has a surface tension of 40 mN/m or less; the water dispersion obtained from (A) an organic polyisocyanate, (B) a polyol having a hydroxide value of 10-350 mgKOH/g, and (C) a polyamide having a molecular weight of 300 to less and/or a polyol having a molecular weight of 300 or less, where one of (B) and (C) has carboxylate groups and/or sulfonate groups. The adhesive is produced from the polyurethane acqueous dispersion.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyurethane resin aqueous dispersion which presents good contact adhesiveness just after lamination and both initial and final adhesive strengths when used as adhesive and also high sedimentation stability of the dispersed particles after pulverized and good coatability on substrate. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyurethane resin aqueous dispersion comprises the following practice: a prepolymer D obtained by reaction between a polyisocyanate A, a polyol B and an organic solvent C and an aqueous dispersion G obtained by dripping or dividedly charging an aqueous solution containing a surfactant E into the prepolymer D to effect phase inversion emulsification is mixed with a polyamine H at an equivalent ratio or less based on the isocyanate group in the prepolymer D to carry out chain extension reaction, wherein the polyol B and/or the polyamine H contain carboxylate group and/or sulfonate group.
