The HLB value of the polyglyceryl fatty acid monoester is preferably 7-11. The polyglyceryl fatty acid monoester preferably comprises diglyceryl fatty acid monoester. The polygryceryl fatty acid monoester preferably comprises diglyceryl monomyristate or diglyceryl monooleate.
