    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rolling under strong reduction and to prevent loss of heat that a rolling stock possesses by arranging two work rolls or more and supporting adjacent rolls with the plural divided reinforcing rolls, in a roughing mill of a continuous casting rolling equipment. SOLUTION: In a right rolling mill, work rolls are up and down arranged within a housing 12 two by two respectively. An upper work roll 1 at an entry side of rolling stock is supported by a reinforcing roll 5 and a divided reinforcing roll 6 and a upper work roll 3 at an outlet side of the rolling stock is supported by the divided reinforcing roll 6 and the reinforcing roll 7. The divided reinforcing roll 6 being situated in a center of the reinforcing rolls and supporting adjacent two upper work rolls 1, 3 is arranged in zigzags toward a roll shaft. Lower work rolls 2, 4 are also supported by the three reinforcing rolls (The center are the divided reinforcing rolls.). The two reinforcing rolls are corresponding to a work roll so that the work roll be also to be bounded stably.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a liquid penetrant testing device which can inspect a part, to be inspected, in a narrow part so as to be brought close to the part to be inspected. SOLUTION: A small observation unit is constituted by combining a ring- shaped black light 1 with a CCD camera 3 so as to be capable of intruding into the narrow part. In the black light 1, a rod-shaped light emitting part is formed in a ring shape, terminals in both ends of the black light 1 are connected to a socket 2 in one place, and a light source in a shape which can be put into a small space and which can emit light is realized. A prism 4 at the tip of the CCD camera 3 is combined so as to be situated on the center line of the ring shape part of the black light 1 in the black-light light source. Thereby, the thin observation unit which can observe (photograph) both the side direction and the front direction is constituted.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To execute continuous hot rolling by constituting the equipment so that a joining machine can run in the advance direction of a rolling stock, and a table roller can be saved by interlocking with the running of the joining machine. CONSTITUTION:When the rear end of the preceding rolling stock 1 comes to a position of a joining machine 200, the joining machine 20 inserts and holds the rear end of the preceding rolling stock 1 by a pinch roller 8, and starts running to the rolling stock advance direction. In this case, the succeeding rolling stock 2 is fed into the joining machine 20 continuously after the preceding rolling stock 1, and inserted and held by a pinch roller 9. As the joining machine 20 runs, movable type table rolls descend to a saving position in order of 5c, 5d, 5e, 5f and 5g, and a course of the joining machine 20 is opened. The joining machine 20 and the succeeding rolling stock 2 are held at the same speed as the preceding rolling stock 1, and joining is started. After the joining machine 20 passes through, the movable type table rollers are placed in a pass lime position in order of 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and 5e again, and support the succeeding rolling stock 2.
