PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of precisely dispensing a sample and a reagent of an extremely small amount. SOLUTION: After the sample and the reagent are sucked and the outer surface of a dispensing nozzle is washed in a washing mechanism, discharge operation is performed. By this constitution, the liquid excessively bonded to the outer surface of the dispensing nozzle is wipen off and only the liquid in the dispensing nozzle originally used for dispensation can be discharged and precise dispensation can be performed. An air layer is provided at the tip of the nozzle for the purpose of preventing the dilution of the sample or reagent held in the nozzle in the washing for wiping off the bonded excessive liquid and washing water is discharged from above. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable determination of whether or not foreign body reaction influences a quantitative result of a scattered light measurement method.SOLUTION: The automatic analysis device includes: a light source for radiating light to a reaction liquid; a plurality of optical receivers which receive scattered light generated by the reaction liquid with different light-receiving angles; a first data processing section which processes reaction process data measured by one of the optical receivers and quantifies substance concentration in the reaction liquid; and a second data processing section which determines whether quantification of the substance concentration is normally performed or not on the basis of a ratio of a plurality of operation values calculated for each of the plurality of reaction process data measured by the plurality of optical receivers.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an automatic analyzer capable of detecting measurement value abnormality caused by reaction process abnormality due to bubbles or a foreign substance without complicating processing and functions of the analyzer.SOLUTION: Measurement value abnormality check is started to check whether or not concentration operation results based on optical quantity data from a plurality of pair detectors are included within a fixed quantity range (steps a, b). When the concentration operation results are within the fixed quantity range, an average value of concentration operation results by a target detector is calculated, and when the concentration operation results are out of the fixed quantity range, a flag is given and an average value of concentration operation results in the target detector is calculated (steps c, d). A variation width predetermined value in the average value of the concentration operation results is accessed, a variation width of the concentration operation results in the plurality of target detectors is calculated and whether the variation width is included within a predetermined range or not is determined (steps e, f, g). When the variation width is within the predetermined range, the concentration operation results are outputted to a display, and when the variation width is out of the predetermined range, a re-inspection request is displayed and a measurement value abnormality alarm is added (steps h, i, j).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer for extracting easily a measured result obtained using a consumable with a defect-generated production lot number, out of the consumables used in the analyzer, and for preventing the consumable having the defect lot number from being used for analysis hereafter. SOLUTION: In this analyzer, consumable information containing the defect lot number is got through a communication means to be stored in the analyzer. The stored defect information is collated with the consumable information used in the analysis when obtaining the each measured result, or the consumable information set in the analyzer. The analyzer extracts and displays the measured result obtained using the consumable with the defect lot number, or discriminates the consumable with the defect lot number, as a result of the collation. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer capable of reducing the labor hour required for execution of a test on detection limit/quantitative limit performance and test result management.SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer includes execution condition setting means for performing an evaluation test on at least one of the detection limit and quantitative limit for each measurement item, and decision condition setting means for setting decision conditions for the evaluation test. The automatic analyzer further includes a computation unit that determines a result of measurement of dilution series having different dilution concentrations by controlling a sample dispensation mechanism, a reagent dispensation mechanism, and a measurement section on the basis of the set execution conditions, and calculates the test result of the evaluation test from the result of measurement of the dilution series on the basis of the set decision conditions.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer which can prevent a decline of analysis efficiency.SOLUTION: An automatic analyzer comprises: a multiwavelength light source 44 irradiating a reaction vessel 2 containing a mixture of a measuring object sample and a reagent with multiwavelength light; a transmission light quantity detector 45 detecting a transmission light quantity transmitting the reaction vessel 2 and contents; a mono-wave length light source 14 irradiating the reaction vessel 2 with mono-wave length light; a light scattering light quantity detector 15 detecting light scattering light from the reaction vessel 2 and the contents by the radiation of the mono-wave length light; and a memory 11 memorizing the transmission light quantity detection result of the transmission light quantity detector 45 and the light scattering light quantity detection result of the light scattering light quantity detector 15. A deterioration state of the mono-wave length light source 14, the multiwavelength light source 44 and the reaction vessel 2 is determined based on a measurement result of cell blank measurement detecting a transmission light quantity and a light scattering light quantity for the reaction vessel 2 containing standard solution provided in advance.
