摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron-based sintered material in which a contact pressure fatigue strength is improved.SOLUTION: The iron-based sintered material is used in such an environment that a lubricant is sufficiently fed. In the iron-based sintered material, a hard carbon coating 1 is provided on a surface of a base material 4 constructed by an iron-based sintered alloy having a pore 5 via a diffused surface hardened layer 3 and an interlayer 2, and a part of the pore 5 is not covered with the diffused surface hardened layer 3, the interlayer 2 and the hard carbon coating 1, but is formed in a state of being open to the surface of the diffused surface hardened layer 3.
