    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell evaluation device and a fuel cell evaluation method capable of measuring dew condensation and moisture vapor concentration inside a fuel cell with a simple construction and evaluating the state thereof. SOLUTION: The fuel cell evaluation device for evaluating the state of the fuel electrode side of the fuel cell 1 comprises light emitting fibers 11-1 to 11-n arranged in a gas supply passage so as to radiate infrared-ray from a prescribed position in the gas supply passage, and light receiving fibers 12-1 to 12-n arranged in the gas supply passage so as to receive transmission light of the infrared-ray from the light emitting fibers 11-1 to 11-n transmitted in the fuel gas. The evaluation device also comprises an analyzer main body 18 which has a light source part 13 irradiating infrared through the light emitting fibers 11-1 to 11-n, a light intensity detection part 15 for detecting intensity of the transmission light received through the light receiving fibers 12-1 to 12-n, a process part 16 having a function of detecting the generation state of the water droplet utilizing the fact that intensity of the transmission light is dampened by scattering by water droplet and evaluating the humidifying state of the gas flowing to the fuel electrode side.
