摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a medicinal agent having antiphlogistic, antiviral, immunoregulating or cancer-inhibiting actions by containing thiophene-based compound as an effective ingredient. CONSTITUTION: This medicinal agent is brought to contain a thiophene-based compound of the formula [R and R to R are each OH, OR , COR , COOR , CN, NO2 , H, a halogen, (C=C)m -(CH=CH)m , R , etc.; R and R are each H, an alkoxy, an alkoxymethyl, an alkoxycarbonyl, CN, NO2 , an epoxy, etc.; (n) and (n') are each 0-3; (m) and (m') are each 0-6] and its salt as effective ingredient. The compound of the formula is obtained by extracting Echinops grijisii, which is a medicine of the Compositae, or chemically synthesizing and can be formulated in oral and nonoral formulations.
