Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing structure having excellent holdability of an end face of a roll formed by winding a film for forming an electronic device member, capable of suppressing an offset of an end face due to impacts during transportation, and having excellent handling and packing ability of the roll. SOLUTION: The packing structure 1 includes a pedestal 2 and a lid body 3 provided to be attached to and detached from the pedestal 2. The packing structure 1 accommodates a roll which is formed by winding a film for forming an electronic device member around a core. The packing structure 1 includes on the inside thereof a pair of receiving parts 21 provided at the pedestal 2 so as to oppose to each other and supporting the end parts of the core of the roll, a clamper 22 detachably provided at the receiving parts 21 and clamping the end part of the core between the receiving parts 21, and fixture band configured to be attached to and detached from the core from the peripheral surface side of the core and securing the end face of the film for forming the electronic device member by pressing the end face. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box having excellent end face retaining properties at a winding body with a film for forming an electronic device member being wound around it, and capable of suppressing abrasion of an end face caused by an impact or the like during transportation. SOLUTION: The packing box 1 is equipped with a box body 2 and a lid 3 attachable/detachable to/from the box body, and stores a winding body 60 with the film 62 for forming the electronic device member being wound around a core 61. The box body has a base 10, a pair of receiving parts 11 which are provided on the base facing each other and support an end of the core of the winding body, and a clamp tool 12 which is attachably/detachably provided on the receiving parts to hold the end of the core between the clamp tool and the receiving parts. At least one of the receiving part and the clamp tool is provided with a pressing mechanism having a body 36 and a pressing member 45 which is provided on the body in a movably positioning manner, and presses the end face of the film for forming the electronic device member of the winding body with the end of the core being held between the receiving parts and the clamp tool. SOLUTION: The packing material has a box part 5 to store a winding body 2 having a core 22 and the film 21 for forming the electronic device member wound around the core 22. An abutting plate 3 in which a flat part is abutted on an end face of the wound film 21 for forming the electronic device member, and a fixing band 4 which is provided with a flange part to hold the opposite face side to the side of the film 21 for forming the electronic device member in the abutting plate 3, and attachable/detachable to/from the core 22 are provided in the box part 5.
