摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiency mass-produce a radio wave absorber with excellent waterproofness only by simply fixing radio wave absorbing sticks to a frame body by continuously producing the radio wave absorbing stick through drawing molding. SOLUTION: A glass fiber bundle as an aligned inorganic fiber bundle 1 is continuously supplied and the glass fiber bundle is impregnated with a vinyl ester resin as a thermosetting resin 2. Besides, as a radio wave absorbing member 3, paper of width 8 mm composed of carbon fiber of a specified resistance is continuously supplied. The glass fiber bundle 1 impregnated with the resin 2 is abutted to a roll, opened and led into a metallic mold 4, and paper is led into the metallic mold 4 (heated to 100 to 150 deg.C) so as to be positioned at the center of the glass fiber bundle 1 and drawn by a suitable drawing means 8 so that a radio wave absorbing stick 5 having a rectangular cross section can be provided. The radio wave absorbing stick 5 is cut at every length of 4 m by a cutting member 9. In this case, a suitable waterproofing means is applied to an end face of the radio wave absorbing stick 5.

CONSTITUTION:A prepreg sheet 2 coated with thermosetting resin hardened at a temperature of 100 deg.C or lower is laid on the outer surface of a core material 1, and a surface sheet 3 made of thermoplastic resin is laid above the prepreg sheet 2. In addition, a slide surface sheet 4 of thermoplastic resin is laid below the sheet 2. Edge members 5 are fitted to both ends of the sheet 4, thereby forming a ski board structure. Then, this ski board structure is heated and pressed with a pertinent means, thereby molding a ski board.

摘要: PURPOSE:To provide excellent performance as a ski board for a player of high grade by a method wherein bending rigidity of a ski board is set so that an EI distribution curve forms a 2-stage type. CONSTITUTION:Since the intermediate part of a ski board 1 has high rigidity, stability is provided, and since a tip part 12 and a tail part 10 both have low bending rigidity, elasticity is provided to improve rotation property. Further, since bending rigidity of portions in the vicinity of front and the rear near two end parts is slightly increased and a sliding stability part 2 is formed at an EI distribution curve, proper rigidity is provided in a state to hold elasticity at the tip part 12 and the tail part 10 (a state to be well adhered to a snow surface). Thereby, by adhering the tip part 12 and the tail part 10 to a snow surface and holding rotation performance to some extent, a ski board to provide extremely excellent slide is provided.

摘要: PURPOSE:To lower the Fe dilution ratio from a base material so as to reduce required padding thickness, to provide a high quality reinforced piston at a low cost by overlaying a nickel base alloy to the upper surface of the piston crown forming an internal combustion engine, by plasma powder welding method. CONSTITUTION:A piston crown 18 is reinforced by overlaying a nickel base alloy to the upper surface of a piston crown 18 forming an internal combustion engine by means of plasma powder welding method. A plasma torch 1 is opposed to the upper surface of the piston crown 18, and the negative electrode of a power source is connected to a rod-shape electrode 2 while the positive electrode to the piston crown 18. Plasma working gas is fed from a channel 6 through a hole 7, and plasma arc is generated from a nozzle 12 between the rod-shape electrode 2 and the piston crown 18, while powder 14 for overlaying is fed therein and melted. A welded bead 19 of, for example, approximately 2 millimeter is deposited and formed on the upper surface of the piston crown 18.

Part of the effluent gas which passed the boiler 3 is returned to the main combustion chamber 21 through a circuit 7. The re-combustion chamber 22 or an emission chamber 31 is provided with an oximeter 8 measuring oxygen concentration in the effluent gas. The control device 9 controls secondary air regulating devices 62-66 adjusting amount of secondary air supplied to the main combustion chamber 21 on the basis of the measured value of the oximeter 8.

CONSTITUTION:A screw part is formed on the bearing part 3a of an auxiliary output shaft 3, in the bearing part B of the auxiliary output shaft, and said screw part 3a and the lower part 5b of a case are connected through an oil supply pipe 6. Therefore, the oil which passes through the screw part 3a is supplied into the bearing part B, and the service life of an auxiliary output taking- out apparatus can be prolonged markedly and generation of vibration, noise, etc. can be reduced.

摘要: PURPOSE:To perform high-efficient exhaust of dust in intake air, by a method wherein an air cleaner is disposed adjacently to a high velocity air flow passage, and dust in an air cleaner can be sucked and exhausted by means of a high velocity air flow. CONSTITUTION:An air cleaner 15 well suitable for the engine of a small working vehicle contains a filter element 23 contained in a case in orientation to be inclined based on a case peripheral wall 20, and a C-shaped air passage 35 is formed between the element 23 and the peripheral wall 20. An inlet 36 of the air passage 35 is formed with on inlet wall part 37 formed in the vicinity of a corner part 30 of the peripheral wall 20. A dust receiver 40 is situated to the inner surface of a case front wall part 26, and dust air incoming to the air passage 35 is moved to the corner part 31 side thanks to a centrifugal force, exerted when the direction of an air flow is changed, to collect the dust by means of a dust receiver 40. The dust is exhausted through an exhaust port 42 by dint of a high velocity air flow passing through a cold air passage 45.
