    摘要: PURPOSE:To supply granular material with a spring feeder to tip part of a pouring trough by forming a charging hole of the granular material to side face of receiving vessel and facing a supplying pipe for granular material extended from the storing tank. CONSTITUTION:Dry rotating material 10 in the storing tank 6 set at side part of the pouring through 1 is supplied into the spring feeder 2 from the charging hole 5 in the receiving vessel 4 through a valve 8 and the supplying pipe 7. By rotation-driving a spring, the dry coating material is supplied into tip part of the pouring trough 1 after carried in conveying tube and spread on inner face of a rotation-drived metallic mold to execute coating. In such a way, by supplying the molten metal 11 into the coated metallic mold through the pouring trough 1, centrifugal force casting is executed.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To secure soundness and beautifulness of surface of a casting by using mixed granule of iron granule and molding sand, in which the iron granule contains more than the specific rate, or only the iron granule as aggregate of a core for forming inner circumferential face of a receiving hole part. CONSTITUTION:On one side of the inner face at end part of a rotating metallic mold 1, the core 2 for forming the inner circumferential face of the receiving hole part is fitted. The core 2 uses the mixed granule of the iron granule and the molding sand, in which the iron granule contents >=30wt.%, or only the iron granule as the aggregate. The iron granule uses one which is made to the same degree of relative density as the molding sand and 3mm of the max. grain size. By this method, the solidification of molten cast iron is promoted and the developments of dross and blow hole are prevented, and the soundness and beautifulness of the casting surface are secured.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To uniformly keep the temp. distribution and composition in molten metal and to enable the continuous casting for a pipe having uniform thickness at circumferential direction by drawing up the formed pipe as rotating a tundish. CONSTITUTION:The tundish 12 is laid on the upper face of turn-table 11 rotated by a rotating driving device 10 to dip a mold 14 into the molten metal 13 in the tundish 12. A pipe-forming hole 15 is formed as penetrating vertically at the center part of mold 14. At the time of rotating the turn-table 11, the molten metal 13 is stirred, to keep uniformly the temp. distribution and composition in the molten metal 13. The molten metal 13 is cooled at the inner circumferential face of pipe-forming hole 15 for the mold 14, to form the annular solidified shell 16. By drawing up the solidified shell 16 from the pipe-forming hole 15, the pipe 17 is continuously cast. As the temp. distribution and composition in the molten metal 13 are uniformly kept during the casting operation, the solidified shell 16 is formed uniformly at the circumferential direction, and the pipe 17 without any biased thickness is cast.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To prevent the flowing-out of molten metal from developing part of the break-out and to miniaturize the apparatus by dipping a water cooling mold formed as penetrating vertically a hollow part for casting at center part into the molten metal and drawing up the solidified shell after solidification of molten metal in the hollow part. CONSTITUTION:The water cooling mold 1 has an annular copper-made water cooling jacket 3, which a cylindrical die 4 is inlaid in the inner circumference, and forms the hollow part 5 for casting penetrated vertically. The water cooling mold 1 is dipped into the molten metal 2, so as not to sink into the molten metal 2 at the upper part of mold 1. As time passes, the molten metal 2 existing in the hollow part 5 for casting is cooled by the cooling water flowed in the inside of water cooling jacket 3, and so the molten surface solidifies and the solidified shell 7 is formed. Therefore, at the time of drawing gradually the solidified shell 7 to upward by the drawing-up device, the solid bar is continuously cast.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a cast pipe having good the inner and outer surface conditions by executing drawing of the cast pipe as shaking a mold toward drawing direction of the cast pipe. CONSTITUTION:The mold 3 is arranged as inserting into a guide, which guides vertically the mold 3, and is supported to a crank shaft mechanism 6 at the upper part thereof. While shaking the mold 3 by the crank shaft mechanism 6, the cast pipe 4 is drawn by pinch rollers 5 at the constant velocity without stopping. Then, the moving condition and stopping condition at relative relation between the mold 3 and the cast pipe 4 are repeated alternately. In this way, as the molten metal 7 in the mold 3 is stirred and the pipe thickness having homogeneous structure and little thickness is obtd.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a pipe having a desired sectional shape by subjecting the arbitrary position in the circumferential direction of a runner to local cooling. CONSTITUTION:A water cooling jacket 1 is internally provided with plural partition walls 3 formed spirally in the axial direction of a hole part 2 along the circumferential direction of the hole part 2 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the hole part 2 and is formed with plural spiral cooling water paths 4 by the adjacent walls 3. The water flow rates in the paths 4 are adjusted by each of the water paths to generate differences in cooling power spirally to the circumference of the hole part 2. The molten metal in the hole part 2 is locally strongly cooled by each of the water paths in the circumferential direction of the hole part 2, by which differences in the thickness of the solidified shell formed are generated. The pipe to be cast is then pulled up while the pipe side or the water cooling jacket 1 side is kept rotated in such a manner as to coincide with the spiral pitches of the cooling water paths 4. The solidified shell is varied in the thickness along the spiral of the paths 4 and the pipe having spiral projecting parts on the inside surface is obtd.

By this compression, the rubber material 9 is deformed expanding in a radial direction of the pipe 1 and pressing stainless foil 2 to the internal peripheral surface of the pipe 1 over the total periphery. Under this condition, the shaft 6 and the shaft guide 7 are extracted by a winch, moving over the pipe 1 from its insertion port 1b the other end receiving port 1a the rubber material 9 pressing a total unit of the foil 2 to the internal peripheral surface of the pipe 1, and the foil 2 closely adheres to the internal peripheral surface of the pipe 1 through an adhesive agent 4.

CONSTITUTION:Molten metal is supplied into a metallic mold through the pouring trough 20 and also granular material of dry coating material, etc., contained in a storing tank 6 is supplied at tip position of the pouring trough 20. According to rotation of a spring, the dry coating material flowing down in the spring feeder body 1 from the storing tank 6 is carried to the tip part of the pouring trough 20 through a carrying pipe 2 in order. Then, even if the driving motor 15 is set at apart from side part of the pouring trough 20, the power transmission from this driving motor 15 to a rotating shaft is smoothly executed with a flexible shaft 8. By this method, the displacement and turnover of the pouring through 20 can be executed and the granular material can be supplied through the spring feeder.
