PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion steel pipe lock bolt, which easily produces a sufficient frictional resistance to reliably reinforce natural ground, even such as soft bedrock, fractured bedrock, unconsolidated natural ground which are difficult to produce sufficient frictional resistance by expansion of a steel pipe.SOLUTION: When pressurized fluid is injected to a hollow steel pipe 2 to be inserted to a bored hole 31, the steel pipe 2 is allowed to expand so that an expansion steel pipe lock bolt 1 is anchored to natural ground 30 by peripheral surface friction with a hole wall 32. The expansion steel pipe lock bolt 1 is provided with the hollow steel pipe 2 of which surface has a plurality of regularly-arranged protrusions 5, preferably made from a steel plate material having a tensile strength of 400 to 510 N/mmand an elongation equal to or greater than 20%, having a striped pattern on the surface.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing natural ground in a tunnel, which enables construction to be efficiently performed by using a cement-based material, without use of an expensive urethane-based material. SOLUTION: In this method for reinforcing the natural ground in the tunnel, mortar with quick-hardening properties is placed by being injected into the natural ground from the inside of the tunnel. A mortar-kneaded material, which is mixed in such a manner that compressive strength at a material age of 3 h is set at 5 N/mm 2 or more at a temperature in placing, is prepared and placed by means of a pump which continuously performs the kneading and pumping of the mortar in a uniaxial pipe through the use of the rotation of a screw axis member. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ground reinforcing method for forepiling work, face reinforcing work, etc., which reinforces the front natural ground when e.g. a tunnel, an underground opening, etc. are excavated, which enhances adhesion at the weak material age of a cement-based consolidation material for anchoring a reinforcing pipe as a reinforcing material, which prevents the outflow and runway of the consolidation material even in the production of sump water, which can bring about a great anchoring force even in the fragile condition of the natural ground by increasing rigidity so as to enhance a reinforcing effect. SOLUTION: In this natural ground reinforcing method, a drilled hole (h) is formed at a predetermined angle of elevation in the natural ground 1 ahead of a cutting face from inside a tunnel excavation space T; concurrently with that, a reinforcing pipe 6, which is formed by sequentially connecting one or more pipes with an ejection hole for the consolidation material to a peripheral wall, is driven into the drilled hole (h); and an anchoring or consolidation area 8 is formed for reinforcement in the reinforcing pipe 6 and the natural ground 1 around it by injecting the consolidation material into the reinforcing pipe 6. Characteristically, a material, in which glass fibers are mixed into the cement-based consolidation material such as cement milk and cement mortar, is used as the consolidation material. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce looseness of a natural ground to the extent possible and eliminate a risk of omission of a washer when a measurement unit is removed from a lock bolt.SOLUTION: The natural ground change state detection structure includes: a washer 11 which is extrapolated in a projection of a lock bolt 10 from a natural ground 3; a nut screwed into a male screw part 10a of the projection so as not to come in contact with the washer 11; a housing 13 which is provided to come in contact with the washer 11, has the nut loosely inserted in its hollow part and has a communication part provided on its lateral side; a lock bolt axial force measuring unit which is extrapolated in the male screw part 10a so as to come in contact with the housing 13; and a nut for measuring 16 which is screwed into the male screw part 10a and supports contact of the lock bolt axial force measuring unit with the housing 13, and contact of the housing 13 with the washer 11. The nut is screwed by a screwing operation via the communication part to come in contact with the washer 11 and, in that state, the nut for measuring 16 is loosened so that the nut for measuring 16, the lock bolt axial force measuring unit and the housing 13 can be detached.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe for natural ground reinforcement, capable of reducing loads on a screw connecting part without increasing penetration resistance when constituting a reinforcing pipe while performing connection and installing it to natural ground, sufficiently securing thickness required for the screw connecting part while thinning the steel pipe, and surely obtaining required strength of the steel pipe for the natural ground reinforcement.SOLUTION: A steel pipe 31 for natural ground reinforcement includes: a main body 32; a reduced diameter part 33 provided on one end side of the main body in a reduced diameter and having a male screw 331 formed on an outer peripheral surface; and a female screw part 34 provided on the other end side of the main body 32 in the almost same outer diameter as that of the main body 32 and having a female screw 341 formed on an inner peripheral surface.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable exhibiting a reinforcing effect with high uniformity, enable obtaining a competent natural ground reinforcing effect without requiring additional reinforcement at tunnel excavating work, and enable carrying out various excavating methods at a low cost in a natural ground reinforcing method for, for example, tunnel prelining construction and face reinforcing construction. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of surely forming a bulkhead for blocking a desired position such as an end of a filling target area in an underground cavity, and capable of economically forming the bulkhead by a minimum filler.SOLUTION: In a method for forming a bulkhead: a bag body 11 which is restorable to a size capable of blocking a point to be blocked is arranged in a folded state at the point; an air supply pipe 12 supplies air into the bag body 11 to expand the bag body 11; and an expandable filler is supplied from an expandable filler injection pipe 13 into the bag body 11 while keeping the expansion state of the bag body 11, and the inside of the bag body 11 is filled with the expandable filler so as to replace air. Thereby, the bulkhead in which the bag body 11 is pushed onto the periphery of the point is formed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ground reinforcing construction method such as preceding tunneling work and mirror reinforcing work capable of developing high reinforcing effect in uniformity, eliminating the need of additional reinforcement at the time of tunnel excavation work, obtaining a proper natural ground reinforcing effect and executing excavation at a low cost in various excavation methods. SOLUTION: The natural ground reinforcing construction method comprises the steps for enforcement of; drilling a drilled hole h at a specified elevation angle in a natural ground 1 located at the front of work face 1a from the tunnel excavated cross section, connecting single pipe or plural pipes having discharging holes 6a of solidifying material on a surrounding wall sequentially and striking the reinforced pipe 6 into the drilled hole, injecting the solidifying material into the reinforced pipe for anchoring in the reinforcing pipe and in the surrounding natural ground or forming a solidifying region, and is characterized by structuring a steel pipe having recesses 6b at the peripheral surface either with the single pipe or plural pipes for forming the reinforced pipe 6 and by forming the discharging holes on the recesses. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out boring well while minimizing striking force applied to an insertion pipe and to insert the insertion pipe in a borehole at the same time in a boring device used in the case of boring a hole in the advance natural ground to excavate a tunnel and inserting a reinforcing pipe in the borehole at the same time in a natural ground reinforcing method in a tunnel prelining construction method or the like. SOLUTION: This boring device applies rotary striking force to a boring bit B provided on the tip side of a boring rod 3, to bore a hole in the ground and pulls insertion pipes 4 sequentially into the borehole with the advance of the boring bit B at the same time. A buffer cylindrical body 6 through which the boring rod 3 is insertable, is provided between the boring bit B and the insertion pipe 4, and the buffer cylindrical body 6 is constituted to be relatively movable by a predetermined distance in an axial direction with respect to each of the boring bit B and the insertion pipe 4.
