摘要: PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition which can be filled in a vessel in a hot state or can be retorted after filling without causing the coagulation and precipitation, and is preservable for a long period at room temperature, by homogenizing a mixture of fermented milk, honey and a stabilizer, and sterilizing with heat, etc. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of fermented milk is mixed with 18-22pts.wt. of honey, and the mixture is added with 0.1-1.0% stabilizer (e.g. pectin, CMC, etc.). If necessary, fats, amino acids, vitamins, etc. can be added to the mixture in the above process. The obtained mixture is homogenized by passing through a homogenizer under 50-250kg pressure. The product is maintained at 3.5- 4.5pH and sterilized by heating at 80-140 deg.C for 2min-2sec. The sterilized composition is filled in a vessel at 80-100 deg.C and sealed, or filled in a vessel, sealed, and retorted at 100-125 deg.C for 15-1min to obtain the titled nutrient composition for serious preoperative or postoperative patient and preservable for >=6 months at room temperature.

摘要: PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composition, storable at room temperature for a long term, and orally or parenterally administrable, by incorporating a fermented a fermented milk with honey and a specific stabilizer, homogenizing the resultant mixture, and instantaneously pasteurizing the resultant homogenized mixture at an ultrahigh temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A nutrimental composition prepared by incorporating 100pts.wt. fermented milk with 18W22pts.wt. honey and further ultrahigh methoxypectin (UHM pectin) and propylene glycol ester (PGA) of alginic acid as a stabilizer without causing the separation and settling of the contents even on the instantaneous pasteurization at an ultrahigh temperature. Preferably, the above-mentioned UHM pectin is added in an amount of 0.1W1.0%, and the PGA is added in an amount of 0.05W0.5%. The above-mentioned fermented milk is obtained by adding skimmilk powder, water and if necessary a fat or oil to a cow's milk, and inoculating the prepared milk with a lactic acid bacterial starter, and cultivating the bacterial starter at 3.5W4.5pH.
