    摘要: PURPOSE:To achieve a highly accurate working with easier machining, by arranging a working part made up of a working material superior in the machinability to a base member while the working material is joined on the base member by diffusing joint. CONSTITUTION:A working material 2 already sintered is buried into a hole 1a of a base member 1 yet to be sintered, and after the sintering of the base member 1, it is subjected to a HIP molding to make a raw working material for a timepiece frame. Then, a working material with excellent machining property is joined on a working part of the raw working material for a timepiece frame by diffusion joint. In this manner, being superior in the machinability to the base material, the working material is easy to machine allowing machining at a high accuracy, which eliminates the need for electric discharge machining to ensure machining in a short time. In addition, as the working material is joined by diffusion joint, it can be joined on the base member in the sintering or HIP molding, thereby highly simplifying the production process dispensing with a soldering process.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain the band parts for wrist watches easy in machining and excellent in dimensional accuracy by composing a work part by the material to be worked more excellent in machinability than the remaining base member and subjecting the material to be worked to joining with diffusion to the base member. CONSTITUTION:The material 3 to be worked is buried in the inner hole formed on the base 2 consisting of a sintered hard alloy on the work material 1 for wrist watch band. This work material 1 for wrist watch band buries a sintered material 3 to be worked into the hole of the base member 2 which is prior to sintering and after sintering the base member 2 it is obtd. by not isostatic pressing press forming. The material to be worked having excellent machinability is joined with diffusion joining and the material 3 to be worked is more excellent than the base member 2 in machinability, hence the band parts for wrist watch eacy in machining and excellent in dimensional accuracy are obtd.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To form a drill intermediate product having twist hole at high efficiency and high accuracy by making twist roundish regular polygon cross sectional shape of the hole in straight part of the die and arranging pin for forming the twist hole, in which the twist angle is gradually increased. CONSTITUTION:The die for extruded forming apparatus is composed of approach part 4 and straight part 5. The hole 6 in the straight part 5 is made to the regular polygon cross sectional shape having roundish at each other part and turning at more than 90 deg. to reach to the end part with leading angle. At the inlet part of this die 1, the flange 2 composing of ring-like part 7 and bridge-like pin supporting part 8 is fitted. A large diameter part 10 reinforced with the pin 3 is fixed to the pin supporting part 8. The tip part 11 thereof is spirally twisted to the same direction as twist direction of the hole 6 while holding at the fixed distance from the axial center of the die 1 to constitute the pin for forming the twist hole. Further, the leading angle of the above hole 6 and the twist angle of the pin 3 are gradually increased toward outlet of the die 1. Then, the twist angle of the pin 3 is made to smaller thin the leading angle of the hole 6 under consideration of the twist by pushing pressure.

This sintered hard alloy may be subjected to hot hydrostatic pressing at about 1,200-1,350 deg.C under about 1,000atm.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion resistance of titled cermet obtd. by incorporating Ni and/or Mo as a bond phase into the cermet contg. the carbide, etc., of Ti as a hard phase and adding Cr thereto. CONSTITUTION:The cermet which contains >=1 kinds of the carbide, nitride and carbonitride of Ti as the hard phase and contains 18-45% Ni and/or Mo and 3-13% Cr is prepd. The cermet contains further preferably the elements of group IV, V or VI of the periodic table or the carbide, nitride or carbonitride of said elements. Cr is solutionized in the bond phase by this constitution, by which the potential difference between the hard phase and the bond phase is decreased and since the passive state of Cr is further formed, the elution of the metal is suppressed and the corrosion resistance of this cermet is improved. This cermet is, therefore, adequate as a frame of a wrist watch for which the high corrosion resistance is demanded.
