    摘要: PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance and heat resistance of powdery high speed steel and to impart excellent toughness thereto by forming its structrue into a one contg. WC grains having specified grain size. CONSTITUTION:The compositional components of powdery high speed steel are incorporated with WC grains having 3 to 10mum grain diameter. Furthermore, the hard carbides or nitrides of Ta, Nb and Ti are made present in the powdery high speed steel. By forming the structure of the WC grains in the powdery high speed steel into a large one, an alloy improved in wear resistance and heat resistance as well as excellent in toughness can be obtd. It is made suitable as the material used for a guide roller or the like, and the expansion of the use of the powdery high speed steel can be expected.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a hard alloy excellent in wear resistance, corrosion resistance and toughness, high in hardness and free from the constraint of color tone. CONSTITUTION:In this alloy, NbC is used as base, Ni, TaC, Mo and Cr are blended, alloy density is regulated to 7.0 to 10.0g/cm as well as Vickers hardness is regulated to >=2 1000kg/mm and, preferably, the above NbC is incorporated by >=35wt.% and Cr by 1.0 to 3.0wt.%. Thus, it is lightweight and inexpensive comparted to the conventional cemented carbide using WC as a based, furthermore has strength higher than that of cermet and ceramics and shows color tone close to gold.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To enable complete removal of grease of a binder and to improve the life of furnace members by mounting molded bodies comprising complete powder of hard metal or the like on a multistage high-density carbon plates before sintering and slowly heating the molded bodies to change the binder in the molded body into a liquid and discharge it to outside. CONSTITUTION:Molded bodies 3 comprising complete powder of hard metal or ceramics containing a binder are mounted on multistage high-density carbon plates 2 in a carbon case 1 in a vacuum, pressurized tank 4. The bodies 3 are slowly heated to change the binder into a liquid state which is then discharged from the tank 4. The carbon plate 2 consists of high-density carbon of about 1. 5-2.1g/cm or graphite material. It is preferable to provide plural sloped grooves 10 running to a hole 9 in the center part of the plate. The binder is paraffin, and preferably degreased and removed by slowly heating at about 1-100 deg.C/h rate.
