Noodle bundles 50 hung by the supporting bars 5 are folded and packed into the trays 9 one by one.

摘要: PURPOSE:To permit unusual grains to be removed by a method wherein the light reflected and emitted from grains is converted into an electric signal commensurating with its quantity and the position of the unusual grain is detected by the electric signal. CONSTITUTION:If unusual grains A and B are mixed in the grains spred on belt conveyor 6, an output from a camera 8 to a monitor zone is lowered at times t1 and t2. A control part 14 receives this output signal from the camera 8, computes the time T required for the detected grain to move from a position directly below the camera 8 to directly before the nozzle of an air jet device 9 from the moving speed of the belt conveyor 6 determined by the rotational speed of a motor 5 and generates a signal to open a solenoid 10 momentarily. In this way, air jet is delivered momentarily from the air jet device 9 to blast off the unusual grain A into a receiving tray 13. This method ensures the removal of the unusual grains.

SOLUTION: A screw feeder 46 of an additive reservoir 41 in a micro adding device 40 is rotated with the same timing as that of a screw feeder 30 of a fill-packaging machine 10. Thus additive in an amount proportional to a supplied amount of powder and granular substances is added from an additive supply port 52 provided at a coupling of the fill-packaging machine 10 to the powder and granular substances at the coupling 13 between a powder and granular substance reservoir 11 and a transfer and bagging part 12. The additive added to the powder and granular substances at the coupling 13 is stirred and mixed with the substances by the screw feeder 30, uniformly mixed and filled in a packaging bag 33 from a filling port 31 of the transfer and bagging part 12, so that the powder and granular substances which have been uniformly mixed can be obtained throughout the packaging bag 33.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly measure weight even in weighing a powder and granular material feed device connected with flexible pipes or the like by detaching all the flexible bodies from a device to be measured, measuring the weight to obtain the reference weight, and thereafter connecting the flexible bodies to the device to be measured one by one to regulate the fixed positions. SOLUTION: The upper part of the dispersion chamber 48 of a microaddition device 40 is to an intake air pipe 52, the lower part of the dispersion chamber 48 is to a feed pipe 51, respectively connected. At weighing, at first all the pipings and electric cables and the like connected to the microaddition device 40 are detached to measure the weight by a weighing device 70, and the reference weight is obtained. Next, the pipes, the electric cables or the like are connected to the microaddition device 40 one by one, fixed by a fixing means 60 and bulkhead joints 68, further regulated to the positions so that the displayed weight of the weighing device 70 becomes the reference weight or the allowable set range. In this way, all the pipings are in order similarly adjusted and fixed on the positions, and hence influence of disturbance on weighing is excluded.

摘要: PURPOSE: To execute sampling adjustment work at chemical analysis easily and surely by automatically sampling after a specified time passed when reaction is started with the liquid in a reaction container. CONSTITUTION: For preparing a base starch liquid, measured wheat starch is provided in a reaction container 21 along with acetic acid buffer liquid, so that, an automatic control device of a control panel 2 starts operation for agitation with a mixer. Then, measurement amylase liquid is poured in the container 21 for agitation, so that, hydrolysis is started, and at this time, a switch of a time adjusting device is turned on. Meanwhile, the automatic control device works for adjusting hot water quantity, and a magnetic stirrer is activated for keeping the temperature in the container 21 at 30 deg.C. When a specified time has passed, the automatic control device works so that a piston up/down device 8 works, and a syringe 3 automatically sucks up sample liquid 20 in the container 21 through a filter 24, for sampling. Thereby, in the sampled liquid, reaction does not progress, so that reaction state after the specified time period is kept.
