Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets showing high adhesiveness to inorganic materials such as glass and tiles and particularly excellent in resistance to moist heat. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is constituted by providing a layer composed of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive having, as the major component, a copolymer of (a) 60-94 wt.% acrylic monomer represented by the general formula: CH2 =C(R )COOR (wherein R is H or methyl; and R is 4-14C alkyl), (b) 5-40 wt.% (meth)acrylamide represented by the general formula: CH2 =C(R )CONR R (wherein R3 is H or methyl; R H or alkyl; and R5 is alkyl or an organic group constituting a heterocyclic ring with N atom by linking with R ), and (c) 1-10 wt.% acidic group-containing monomer on a foamed substrate having a water absorption of less than 15 wt.% after the immersion in hot water of 40 deg.C for 24 hours.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive that has stickiness at room temperature and can manifest excellent processability and heat resistance by using an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive as a base and setting the storage elasticity before curing within a specified range by controlling the degree of crosslinking. SOLUTION: This adhesive is prepared by crosslinking a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester polymer, adjusting its glass transition point to be -10 dyn/cm in the temperature range from 50 to 100 deg.C before curing, further giving curing properties to adjust the storage elasticity to be >=10 dyn/cm at 100-300 deg.C after curing. The curing properties are given preferably by formulating an epoxy resin as a curing component and the amount of the epoxy resin is 5-30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the (meth)acrylic alkyl ester polymer. A base material is coated with this adhesive to form the adhesive layers on one or both sides of the base material thereby giving the objective adhesive sheets.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress a rise in the temperature of a display plate and prevent a failure, and to make a cooling air discharge fan small-sized and lightweight or eliminate the need for it by adhering and fixing a transparent protection plate to the view side of a light emission display plate across spacers formed of heat-conductive adhesive layers. SOLUTION: On the view side of the light emission display plate 3, the transparent protection plate 1 is adhered and fixed across the spacers 2 formed of heat-conductive adhesive layers. On the view back side or flank side of the light emission display plate 3, heat radiation plates 5 and 8 are adhered and fixed across heat-conductive adhesive layers 4 and 7. The light emission display plate 3 uses a plasma type or a light emission diode type which attains the purpose of display with self-emitted light. For the heat-conductive adhesive layers forming the spacers 2, an adhesive material based upon rubber, acryl, etc., is used. The transparent protection plate 1 is formed of a transparent material such as transparent resin and glass and radiates heat transmitted through the spacers 2 to the outside. The plates 5 and 8 radiate heat accumulated in the light emission display plate 3 to suppress a rise in the temperature in the device.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high visibility, and advantageously cope even with an enlargement of a display plate by arranging a transparent protective plate in close contact on the visible side of a plasma display plate through a heat resistant transparent resin sheet. SOLUTION: A shock absorbing, adhesive and heat resistant material is used as a transparent resin sheet 2. Shock absorbing performance aims to protect a plasma display plate 3 from impact or the like at falling time. Adhesion attains close contact arrangement of a transparent protective plate 1 and a plasma display plate 3, and prevents mixing of an air layer over a long period of time, and aims to secure excellent visibility over a long period of time. Heat resistance aims to endure heating by the plasma display plate 3 or the like.

Thereby, the liquid crystal display panel 3 and the tablet plate 1 are brought into tight contact with each other stably over a long period of time via the transparent resin sheet 2 having the buffer characteristic and weak adhesiveness.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title adhesive improved in temporary fixing ability at room temperature and creep resistance by using as effective constituent a copolymer having a specified glass transition point, obtained from an alkyl acrylate monomer and a vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith. CONSTITUTION:50-95 pts.wt. 2-14C alkyl acrylate monomer (e.g. isononyl acrylate) is copolymerized with 50-5 pts.wt. vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith (e.g. acrylic acid) to give an acrylic copolymer having a glass transition point of -33 to 27 deg.C and an apparent modulus of electricity at ordinary temperature of at least 5kg/cm . 100 pts.wt. said copolymer is mixed, if necessary, with a tackifier resin (e.g. terpene-modified phenolic resin) having a melting point of 200 deg.C or lower, preferably 20-200 deg.C, to give the title adhesive. A layer of this adhesive is provided on a supporting base material to give an adhesive member.

SOLUTION: The pressure sensitive adhesive comprises a photopolymerization product obtained from a composition comprising (a) a 100 pts.wt. monomer which contains a 2-14C alkyl (meth)acrylate of 70-100 wt.% and a 30-0 wt.% monoethylenic unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with the (meth)acrylate, (b) a radical chain inhibitor of 0.1-5 pts.wt., (c) a multifunctional (meth)acrylate of 0.02-5 pts.wt. as a crosslinking agent, (d) a photopolymerization initiator of 0.005-1 pts.wt. and (e) a silane coupling agent of 0.01-10 pts.wt. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet has a layer of a pressure sensitive adhesive exhibiting a ≤1% haze value and a ≥90% total light transmittance, the layer being formed on a mold release treatment film produced from a plastic film of a thickness of 25-125 μm.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for fixing flexible printed wiring board with which a flexible printed wiring board can easily be stuck to and peeled from a carrier board and which can suppress or prevent the deformation of deterioration of an adhesive agent layer even when the sheet is heated at the time of mounting an electronic component on the printed wiring board. SOLUTION: In this adhesive sheet for fixing flexible printed wiring board, the adhesive agent layer composed of an acrylic copolymer containing a monomeric main component comprising a (meth)acrylate having a 4-14C alkyl group and a functional group in the molecule and an aluminum-based crosslinking agent is formed on at least one surface of a substrate. The functional group of the acrylic copolymer can be derived from the functional group of a functional group-containing copolymerizable monomer as a copolymerizable monomeric component and it is preferable to adjust the ratio of the functional group- containing copolymerizable monomer to the whole amount of the monomeric components to 0.1-10 wt.%.
