The receiving unit receives a service request message to update the context from the mobile terminal through the target wireless access network.

The entity comprises: transmitting means that transmits through the second access network a paging request to be routed through the first access network when the mobile terminal is attached to the second access network; receiving means that receives from the mobile terminal through the second access network, a message requesting a service to be delivered through the first access network; and command transmitting means that transmits a command for handover to the first access network through the second access network.
