PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service node enabling a mobile terminal to perform faster handover between heterogeneous networks from an originating wireless access network, to which the mobile terminal is connected, to a target wireless access network.SOLUTION: A service node comprises: a receiving unit for receiving a request message from a packet data gateway, which requests to create a context; a creating unit for creating the context when the receiving unit receives the request message; and a sending unit for sending a bearer setup request message to a mobile terminal, which requests the mobile terminal to establish a radio access bearer (RAB). The receiving unit receives a service request message to update the context from the mobile terminal through the target wireless access network.

The entity comprises: transmitting means that transmits through the second access network a paging request to be routed through the first access network when the mobile terminal is attached to the second access network; receiving means that receives from the mobile terminal through the second access network, a message requesting a service to be delivered through the first access network; and command transmitting means that transmits a command for handover to the first access network through the second access network.
