摘要: PURPOSE: To press down paper sheets positively even when supplying the paper sheets with arbitrary size by mounting a plurality of paper sheet press-down members each carried to the upper section of a paper feeding base so as to make each thereof function independently.
CONSTITUTION: Side plates 2, 3 are erected at the both side sections of the paper feeding base 1, and the paper sheets with any size are fed using an inside surface of the side plate 2 as reference. A plurality of feed rollers 5 are mounted to a shaft 4 in the direction crossing at a right angle in the feeding direction. The paper sheet hold-down units 21 are attached to a lower surface of a cover member 19 between the side plates 2, 3 in a manner that are plural in the width direction and each correspond to auxiliary feed rollers 17. The rollers 17 are turned, and the paper sheets on the paper feeding base 1 are pushed against the roller 17 by the own weight of a paper sheet press-down roller 27. Consequently, two or three of the paper sheets at the lower side are forwarded between the rollers 5, 7 but only the paper sheet at the lowermost position is sent out, and others are detained at the positions by means of the roller 7.

摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a sheet processing apparatus wherein the restriction of the sheet feed path of a sheet guide is reduced and the alignment of sheets having various sizes are smoothly and accurately performed in a sheet binding mode and the operation from the reception of the sheet to the feed-out thereof is smoothly and rapidly performed in a non-binding mode. CONSTITUTION:A sheet guide apparatus (stack trays 21a, 21b, a stack guide 22) is provided between sheet receiving rollers 13, 14 and sheet discharge rollers 31, 32. A sheet stopper 32 is provided in the vicinity of the sheet discharge rollers 31, 32 in a freely advancing and retracting state and a sheet binding apparatus (stapler) 37 is provided. A side guide apparatus 23, which is retractable to the direction crossing the moving direction of the sheet fed from the sheet receiving rollers 13, 14 at right angles, is provided in the upstream side of the sheet binding apparatus 37. When a binding mode is indicated, the stopper 33 is allowed to advance to receive a predetermined number of sheets and, thereafter, the side guide apparatus 23 is reciprocally driven.

摘要: PURPOSE:To reduce space and automatically sort sheets in a both-sided copying mchine by disposing a paper tansport path on only one side of storing bin group and providing a device for selectively turning a sheet inside out and reversing the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A sheet A which is fed into a main transport path 15 with the surface positioned on left side is sequentially soted with the surface down in a storing bin 6a or 6b of the upper group by separating fingers 4a, 4b operated by solenoids 8a, 8b and a pair of rollers 1a, 2a or 1b, 2b. In case of stacking sheets on storing bins 6d, 6e of the lower group, all the transport rollers 1a, 2a- 1e-2e are rotated in the direction of transporting the sheet downward. When a sensor 18 detects that a sheet B is brought into contact with a stopper 17, rollers 1d, 2d, 1e, 2e of the lower group are reversed, and a separating finger 4d or 4e is operated, so that the sheet, the trailing end of which is clamped between the rollers 1e, 2e, is sent back to be sequentially stored in the storing bin 6d or 6e with the surface up. The thus constructed sorter is connected to a both-sided copier to automatically sort the sheets.

CONSTITUTION:When a cover is needed, the presence of the cover is detected by a sensor 55, and based on the detection, a paper feed roller 7 is driven at a timing at which the cover 3 is fed to a delivery part B before a duplicating paper 1 for a first item is conveyed to the delivery part B. The cover 3 is placed on an intermediate tray 33 of an intermediate stacking part D through delivery rollers 15, 16 and a guide 27, and is orderly arranged in a position with the aid of a push plate 37. The cover 3 passes through a pinch roller 11, and through detection of sensors 56 and 57, duplicating papers are orderly fed from a duplicator 1 to an intermediate stacking part D. After one set of the papers are fed, a paper group on the tray 33 is fed to a finishing part E through a roller 39 with the aid of a belt 36. This also permits simultaneous supply of the cover.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a sorter enable of continuous discharge or inverted discharge of paper, by receiving the paper discharged from a copier from the sub-carry path provided at one of the container bin groups then inverting at the inverting section and returning to main carry path to be discharged into the container bin. The paper applied with both face copy is led to the sub-carry path 44 while switching a switch guideboard 45. Consequently the paper carried through the lowermost carry rollers 1e, 50C to the inverting section 16 will contact against a stopper 43 and stop. Through guidance of a guideboard 41, the upper end of the paper is inserted into a pair of rollers 1e, 2e in the main carry path 15. The nail member 3d of the separation nail 30 is displaced and the paper to be carried upwardly is discharged into the bin 6C as shown by (A'') by means of the nail member 3C.
