PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a motor driving system due to an abnormality.SOLUTION: A motor controlling apparatus comprises: a detection part for detecting motor rotation of a controlled object and outputting a rotation detection value related to the rotation; a drive control part for drive control against the motor based on the rotation detection value so that the motor rotates with a control target value increasing along with elapsed time; and an abnormality detection part for abnormality detection processing based on the rotation detection value and a prescribed threshold so that abnormality is detected in the driving control. The drive control part executes control to stop the rotation of the motor when an abnormality is detected.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear clutch mechanism capable of reducing impact sound and free vibrations when performing a switching operation of drive connection and cutoff more than before.SOLUTION: The planetary gear clutch mechanism includes switching means 130 for switching to a drive connection state of engaging a pawl part 125 of a regulation arm 121 provided on a rotation regulation part 120 and a projection part 113 of a ratchet part 112 coaxially and integrally provided with a sun gear, and a cutoff state of separating them. Also, an end of a plunger 133 of a solenoid 131 provided in the switching means 130 is connected by an engaging pin 134. Then, a compression spring 136 is provided on an outer periphery of the plunger 133 between a solenoid case 132 for holding the solenoid 131 and an end ring 135 provided on the plunger 133. Then, while the compression spring 136 is deformed in a nonlinear characteristic area where the load-deflection relation is within an elastic range, the compression spring 136 is compressed and brought into interline contact and regulates turning of the regulation arm 121.

A contact member 15 for selectively applying load to the intermediate transfer belt 3 is provided on an upstream side in a rotating direction of the intermediate transfer belt 3 from a contact part between the photoreceptor 1a for the black and the intermediate transfer belt 3, and when forming the monochromatic image, the contact member 15 applies the load to the intermediate transfer belt 3.

In a motor control circuit 200, a speed adjustment process is executed in such a way that the revolution speed of the transport motor 210 is adjusted by adjusting the amount of an excitation voltage supplied from the driver circuit 212 to the coil is adjusted on the basis of the result of detection by the motor encoder 211.

In a motor control circuit 200, an acceleration change process for driving the transport motor 210 is executed in such a way that at motor startup, the transport motor 210 is driven so that its revolution speed will be accelerated with a first acceleration characteristic, and after the arrival of timing grasped on the basis of the detection result of the motor encoder 211 and the first acceleration characteristic, the revolution speed of the transport motor 210 is accelerated with a second acceleration characteristic which excels in acceleration ability than the first acceleration characteristic.

SOLUTION: Charging harnesses 142 and 144 as covered conductors are each arranged above a charging bias delivery part 143 as a contact point with a charging roller, and also, above a developing bias delivery part 145 as a contact point between the developing harness 144 and a developing roller. A photoreceptor driving gear 121 that transmits the drive coaxially with the photoreceptor drum, and a developing driving gear 123 that transmits the drive to the developing roller are made to function as drive delivery members. Other drive transmission members 124 to 130 are arranged on the opposite side of the charging harnesses 142 and 144, with respect to the photoreceptor driving gear 121 and the like. Consequently, the failures, such as disconnection, due to the contact of the harness are avoidable. A harness guide 141 holds the charging harnesses 142 and 144, and functions as a partitioning member for avoiding an interference between the harness and the drive transmission means. SOLUTION: In this belt drive controller, data sampling per round of a transfer belt is performed (S102, S103) when starting to drive a transfer driving belt M (S101). Upon completion of the data sampling per round of the belt, this controller computes amplitude and phase in a phase-amplitude computing part (S104) and checks whether the computed values of amplitude and phase are normal or not (S105). If these values are not normal, the computed values of amplitude and phase are replaced with alternative values (S106), and if these values are normal, these computed values are stored in a nonvolatile memory (S107) as they are. SOLUTION: A holding member 114 is provided with a positioning part 115 for positioning a photoreceptor drum unit 103 and an attitude deciding part 116 for deciding the attitude of the drum unit 103. A positioning part 105 and an attitude deciding part 106 located on the drum unit side are fitted to the positioning part 115 and the attitude deciding part 116, then, the position and attitude of the drum unit 103 are simultaneously decided.
