PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component in which a horizontal distance between internal electrodes, a vertical distance between the internal electrode and an external electrode terminal or a vertical distance between the internal electrodes are adjusted.SOLUTION: A coil component 100 includes: an electrode structure 110 constituted of an insulating substance for securing a predetermined or more impedance capacity, and for increasing a cutoff frequency, in which at least two or more coil-shaped internal electrodes 111 are vertically arranged in a height direction: and an external electrode terminal 120 formed on the upper surface of the electrode structure 110, therein a vertical distance d3 between the internal electrodes 111 is larger than a horizontal distance d1 between the internal electrodes 111.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise elimination filter which can implement a high common mode impedance at the same frequency, and can enhance the characteristics or performance by reducing the impedance in a differential mode thereby improving the insertion loss.SOLUTION: A noise elimination filter 100 includes a lower magnetic material 110, primary and secondary patterns 121, 122 provided side by side, in spiral form, on the lower magnetic material 110, an insulating layer 130 covering the primary and secondary patterns 121, 122, and an upper magnetic material 150 provided on the insulating layer 130. The primary and secondary patterns 121, 122 have a ratio of the thickness T in the vertical direction to the width W in the horizontal direction, in the range of 0.27≤T/W≤2.4.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film type common mode filter capable of reducing a parasitic capacitance component.SOLUTION: Thin film type common mode filter includes: a base substrate 10 constituted of insulating materials; a first insulating layer 20 formed on the base substrate; a coil-shaped internal electrode 30 formed on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer 40 formed on the internal electrode; an external electrode terminal 50 constituted of a vertical section connected on the side face of the internal electrode and a horizontal section horizontally extended from the upper end of the vertical section to form a parallel surface isolated from the internal electrode by a predetermined distance; and a ferrite resin layer 60 formed between the horizontal section of the external electrode terminal and the internal electrode.

The primary and secondary upper patterns 141, 142 have a region intersecting the primary and secondary lower patterns 121, 122 in plan view.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered capacitor.SOLUTION: A multi-layered capacitor includes, to reduce with a simpler structure the vibration caused by a ferroelectric material: an element formed by alternately stacking a dielectric layer and an internal electrode; and external terminals disposed at both ends of the element. The dielectric layer located at an upper end (U) and a lower end (L) of the element is made of a paraelectric material, and the dielectric layer located at a central part (C) of the element is made of the ferroelectric material.
