摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply switching circuit capable of suppressing occurrence of load fluctuation such as an undershoot when switching between power supplies.SOLUTION: A power supply switching circuit comprises: a voltage regulator which is connected to an output terminal and comprises a battery connected to the output terminal, a replica current generator circuit which generates a replica current proportional to current flowing from the battery to the output terminal, a reference voltage circuit, an error amplifier circuit, an output transistor, and a voltage divider circuit; and a current mirror circuit which causes the replica current to flow through the output transistor of the voltage regulator. Occurrence of load fluctuation such as an undershoot at the output terminal when switching between power supplies can be thus suppressed.
