Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiprocessor system that inhibits a processing load from being biased to a specific processor. SOLUTION: A multiprocessor system including three or more processors reads a previous startup core No. from a shared memory during startup (S1). Startup core decision algorithm is executed, a startup core is decided (S2), whether the startup core should be started by either of SMP (symmetrical multi processing) for making a task operated by one of a plurality of processors or AMP (asymmetrical multiple processing) for making the task operated by a specific processor is decided depending on previous startup selection information (S4), all the cores are started at a decided condition (S5), and a selection result at the startup is stored (S6). Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a shortage of braking force by excessive pressure reduction at antiskid control time in low speed travel.
SOLUTION: In antiskid control, either of a pressure reducing mode and a holding mode is determined according to a control map on the basis of a wheel speed (S7), and when set in a pulse pressure increasing mode (S11), pressure is gently increased after suddenly increasing pressure. When the pulse pressure increasing mode is selected and a vehicle traveling speed is a preset speed or less (S15), sudden pressure increase time is lengthened (S16), and a pressure increase gradient by leveling a sudden pressure increase and a gentle pressure increase is steepened thereby, and the shortage of the braking force caused by the excessive pressure reduction at antiskid control time in the low speed travel can be restrained.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary the control-start threshold of a device for producing large braking hydraulic pressure during emergent brake operation according to the braking characteristics of individual drivers. SOLUTION: On detection of emergent brake, operation, a braking hydraulic pressure controller closes an MC valve 28, opens an inlet valve 78, and actuates a pump 76 to start brake-assist(BA) control. During normal brakeage the controller learns the deceleration trend of the wheel speed. The controller determines the control-start threshold based on the learning results, which threshold is to be compared with a braking level for detection of emergent brake operation.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a braking distance and secure vehicle stability at the same time by carrying out brake pressure control provided with an intermediate characteristic between independent control and low select control as to a left and right rear wheel brake in a diagonal two-system type brake system in which a rear wheel brake is interlockingly decompressed when a front wheel brake is decompressed during antilock control. SOLUTION: Only when a decompression side mode in two ordinary control modes (which is shown by a single solid line) selected when independent control is carried out as to a right rear wheel RR and a left rear wheel RL is in a decompression mode, the ordinary control mode for the rear wheel on the opposite side is changed to the decompression mode (a mode after the change is shown by double solid line). When the decompression side mode in the two ordinary control modes is a retention mode, the ordinary control mode for the rear wheel on the opposite side is not changed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain variation that is from the vehicle speed of each vehicle wheel speed at the time when the vehicle wheel acceleration of the right and left vehicle wheels of a vehicle coincides with reference acceleration common to both wheels during anti-lock control, and decide that the vehicle is in a turning state in a case in which a difference between two variations thus obtained is larger than a set value. CONSTITUTION:This routine is carried out in order with regard to four vehicle wheels. Whether or not a vehicle wheel that becomes the execution object of this routine is either of right and left front wheels is decided, and if not, decision becomes NO and one time execution of this routine is completed, and if so, the decision becomes YES, and steps following S2 are carried out. Whether or not four conditions S2-S5, S7-S10 are satisfied simultaneously is decided respectively with regard to right and left front wheels, and when four conditions are simultaneously satisfied with regard to either front wheel, it is decided that a vehicle is in a turning state. Accordingly, the decision of whether or not the vehicle is in a turning state can be conducted accurately even during anti-lock control.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To detect the body deceleration so accurately by installing a deceleration limiting means limiting the body deceleration to at least either of an upper limit value and a lower limit value in the case where the body deceleration to be acquired by a body deceleration acquisition means exceeds at least either of these limit values. CONSTITUTION:A body deceleration acquisition means consists of a wheel speed operating means 60, a body speed operating means 64 and a body deceleration operating means 68. In addition, upper body deceleration alphaUL or the sum of the last compensation body deceleration alphaSO(n-1) and maximum increment DELTAalphaIL is the upper limit value of body deceleration, and lower limit body deceleration alphaLL or difference between the last compensation body deceleration alphaSO(n-1) and maximum decrement DELTAalphaDL is the lower limit value of the body deceleration. S1-S3 and S5 of a body deceleration compensation means 74 and a part operating the upper limit body deceleration alphaUL and the lower limit body deceleration alphaLL of S4 and S6 constitute a body deceleration limit value acquisition means.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator control method capable of correctly driving an actuator. SOLUTION: A CPU 26, which is provided in an actuator 18, returns drive patterns (drive signals) 1 and 2 supplied from an ECU 24 to the ECU 24. The ECU 24 compares the drive pattern 1 and 2 given to the CPU 26 and the drive patterns 1 and 2 returned from the CPU 26. In the case where noise is not superimposed on the drive patterns 1 and 2, the drive patterns 1 and 2 given to the CPU 26 and the drive patterns 1 and 2 returned from the CPU 26 are conform to each other. In this case, the ECU 24 gives a GO command to the CPU 26 to drive the actuator 18 according to the drive patterns 1 and 2 given to the CPU 26.
