Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel frame structure capable of demonstrating the shock-absorbing function even when a wheel frame is subjected to an external impact, and preventing any situation of tear or the like since a wire formed of composite material has high toughness.
SOLUTION: The wheel frame structure includes a frame plate 1 to be manufactured mainly of a plurality of kinds of carbon fiber composite materials, and a hole part 2 to insert/fix a spoke is formed in the center of the frame plate. A symmetric fitting body 4 is formed on both sides of the frame plate, a plurality of fitting holes 5 are formed in the center of the symmetric fitting body, and projection parts 6 are installed on upper ends of the symmetric fitting body. A recessed part is formed in a lower end of the projection part to fit a tire. A plurality of wires 8 formed of composite material are inserted/passed in the fitting holes in the symmetric fitting body on both sides of the frame plate, and the tensile strength between the frame plate and another frame plate is reinforced by utilizing the high toughness characteristic of the wire formed of the composite materials.
