摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject substance in high purity and yield with an inexpensive and safe process without producing polymer by-products by reacting a 2-nitro-1-nitrosoethylbenzene compound in a non-polar solvent such as chlorinated hydrocarbon or aromatic hydrocarbon. CONSTITUTION:The objective compound of formula II can be produced by dispersing or dissolving a compound of formula I (X is H, halogen, NO2, NH2, OH, lower alkyl, carboxy, benzyloxy, etc.; (n) is 1-3) in a non-polar solvent (e.g. chloroform or toluene) or in a mixture of water and a non-polar solvent and reacting the compound of formula I at 0-60 deg.C in the presence of 15/1000 to 1/10mol (based on 1mol of the compound of formula I) of an organic base (e.g. triethylamine) or inorganic base (e.g. NaOH) while adding a phase-transfer catalyst as necessary. The compound of formula II is useful as a synthetic intermediate for pharmaceuticals, agricultural chemicals, industrial materials, agricultural and horticultural fungicides, etc.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a practical antifouling agent for fishing net containing pyridine-triphenylborane as an active component, free from the problem of environmental pollution owing to its low toxicity, having high working safety and exhibiting excellent antifouling effect on coelenterates such as hydrozoa. CONSTITUTION:This antifouling agent for fishing net to prevent the adhesion of hydrozoa contains pyridine-triphenylborane of formula I as an active component in an amount of 1-25wt.%. The dispersibility of the antifouling agent for fishing net is improved by using the particles of the compound of formula I having an average particle diameter of 0.1-2mum. The compound of formula I is further compounded with a compound selected from 1,3- dicyanotetrachlorobenzene of formula II, 2-(thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole of formula III, a tetraalkylthiuram disulfide of formula IV (R is an alkyl), 2,3-dichloromaleimides of formula V (R is H, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, etc.), dithiocarbamic acid metal salts of formula VI (R and R each is an alkyl; M is a metal), phenols of formula VII (R to R each is H, an alkyl, etc.) and a pyrithione metal salt of formula VIII(M is an m-valent metal).

CONSTITUTION: This antifouling agent for net is obtained by combining one or two or more kinds of triphenylborane-alkylamine complex compounds of formula I (R is a 3-20C alkyl) as active ingeredients with an organic solvent capable of dissolving the compounds. n-Propylamine, n-octylamine, etc., is preferably used as the alkylamine in the triphenylborone-alkylamine complex compound. A combination of the complex compound with 1,3- dicyanotetrachlorobenzene, 2-(thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole, tetraalkylthiuramdisulfides of formula II (R is a 1-4C alkyl), 2,3- dichloromaleimides of formula III (R is an alkyl, phenyl, etc.), etc., is preferably used. Furthermore, triphenylborane-n-hexadecylamine complex compound is a new complex compound.

摘要: PURPOSE: To obtain a solution capable of preventing fouling due to attached marine organisms by applying a combination of a triphenylborane-n- oxctadecylamine comlex compound with an organic solvent to fishing nets, floats, ropes, etc. CONSTITUTION: This solution is obtained by combining a triphenylborane-n- octadecylamine complex compound of formula I (R is n-octadecyl) with an organic solvent. An aromatic compound-based organic solvent is preferably used as the organic solvent 1,3-Dicyanotetrachlorobenzene, 2-(thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole, tetraalkylthiuramdisulfides of formula II (R is a 1-4C alkyl), 2,3-dichloromaleimides of formula III (R is H, an alkyl, phenyl, benzyl, etc.) or phenols of formula IV (R to R are each H, an alkyl, benzyl, etc.) may be combinedly used with the solution. The compound of formula I is soluble in an organic solvent and useful as an antifouling agent for fishing nets to largely improve the workability, etc., of net dyeing.
