摘要： The use of pharmaceutical compositions in preparing pharmaceuticals for treating diabetic ulcer in limb or on body surface, or in preparing medical dressing. The pharmaceutical compositions consist of (A) 3 to 15% by weight of edible beeswax and (B) 85 to 97% by weight of sesame oil extract of Scutellaria root, Coptis root, Phellodendron bark, earthworm and poppy capsule, based on the total weight of the pharmaceutical compositions. In the sesame oil extract, each of Scutellaria root, Coptis root, Phellodendron bark, earthworm and poppy capsule is in an amount of 2 to 10% by weight of dry raw material based on the total weight of sesame oil. A medical dressing for treating diabetic ulcer and corresponding medicine box enclosing the said dressing are also provided.

摘要： Methods, system and compositions for making and using a bioresorbable linked dressing made of bioresorbable microspheres in various configurations are provided for use in applying reduced pressure to a wound site. The methods include manufacture of a bioresorbable dressing comprising a casing and bioresorbable microspheres in the form of a rope shape. Further, the casing of the dressing comprises pores formed by a porogen system that may be activated by external to the wound or formed in situ within the wound site. The shape of the dressing allows the dressing to be placed into the wound site such that it fills the shape and size of the wound. Embodiments include formation of various rope dressing and their use in conjunction with reduced pressure therapy.

SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam dressing material with improved moisturizing rate is a hydrophilic dressing material in which a wound contact layer 10 having a sponge structure composed of multiple open cells 12 and pores 15 passing through the cells 12 is laminated with a protective film 20. The lamination is characteristically performed at 150-250°C under a pressure of preferably 0.25-1 kgf/cm 2 , the moisturizing rate of the wound contact layer 10 is 300-1,200% and the pore area (membrane opening) takes 10-35% of the total cell area.
