    摘要: The thermal displacement of a structure can be lowered by buffering a temperature fluctuation of a heating medium with respect to a target control temperature to improve the machining accuracy. A machine tool (1) comprises a base (2), a column (3) provided upright on the base (2), a machining head (4), which is provided on the column (3), for mounting a tool (E) for machining a work (W), a work holding unit (5), on which the work (W) is placed, and a flow channel through which the heating medium is flowed. The machine tool (1) further comprises a heat exchanger plate (20), which is mounted on the outer periphery of at least one of the base (2) and the column (3) to keep the temperature of at least one of the base (2) and the column (3) at a given temperature, and a heating medium temperature controller (50) for controlling the temperature of the heating medium at a target control temperature. In the heat exchanger plate (20), a thermal conduction buffer (22) for buffering the fluctuation of the temperature of the heating medium with respect to the target control temperature is interposed between a flow channel (21c) and the above-mentioned outer periphery.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a frame and a chipping and to enable a press working with high accuracy and the prolongation of the mold life by inserting a spacer which receives compression further in free condition between the upper arm and lower arm of C-shaped frame. CONSTITUTION:The space between an upper arm 12 and lower arm 11 of a C- shaped frame 11 receiving a reaction force of a press work is combined with a tie rod 16 which receives a tensile stress. Between the upper arm 12 and lower arm 11 of this C-shaped frame a spacer 17 which receives a compression stress in free condition is inserted further. This spacer 17 is formed in a cylindrical body that the tie rod 16 is inserted into a shaft part.
