A functional and three-dimensional foaming type transfer paper and a method for manufacturing the same is disclosed. The transfer paper includes a releasing agent layer having a releasing sheet and formed on the releasing sheet using transparent silicon; a fluorine coating layer formed on the releasing agent layer; a silicon rubber layer formed only on a portion of the fluorine coating layer on which printing is to be performed, through a silk screen process; a first fluoride polyester layer formed on the silicon rubber layer; a printed layer formed on the first fluoride polyester layer using ink; a second fluoride polyester layer formed on the printed layer; a first foaming layer formed partially on the second fluoride polyester layer; a second foaming layer formed on the first foaming layer; a thermal adhesive resin layer formed on the second foaming layer; and a functional layer formed under the thermal adhesive resin layer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method capable of obtaining high transfer density even in a high-humidity environment and enabling an image output excellent in the uniformity of a transferring protective layer laminate body transferred on an image receiving sheet. SOLUTION: The thermal transfer sheet has an undercoat layer being at least one layer of a titanium oxide film on a substrate film, a dye layer on a part of the undercoat layer, and a transferring protective layer laminated body on a part different from the dye layer on the undercoat layer. The thermal transfer sheet, and a thermal transfer image receiving sheet having at least one layer of a receiving layer comprising a polymer latex in which 95 the mol% or higher of the whole polymerizable monomer is a vinyl chloride, and polyether-modified silicone on a substrate, and at least one layer of a heat insulating layer are piled up so that the dye layer of the thermal transfer sheet and the receiving layer of the thermal transfer image receiving sheet are brought into contact with each other, and an image is recorded by a heating element, and furthermore, the transferring protective layer laminate body is transferred on the receiving layer by the heating element to constitute the image forming method.
