PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative turning device for turning stacks of sheet-shaped material in a simple, sure and highly reliable way.SOLUTION: The device for turning the stacks 5 of the sheet-shaped material includes: a unit 2 for transporting the stacks to a pivot fork 12; and a turning station 3. The pivot fork includes at least one upper gripper 9, at least one lower gripper 10 and at least one stack stopper 11. The pivot fork has an opening for introducing the stack 5 at one side and is supported at the other end to pivot on a horizontal pivot shaft 8 extending to the direction transverse to an introduction direction of the stacks. The above device is improved, so that the alternative turning device is provided which can turn the stacks 5 of the sheets in a simple, sure and highly reliable way. In the device, the pivot shaft 8 is disposed off-center relative to the pivot fork 12.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably solve the problems of accuracy, reliability, process monitoring, damage to a first blank of a pile, and inconvenience related to the blank sizes handled in a known device. SOLUTION: The device for turning sheet-like piles 6 includes a frame 1 having an input and an output matched along a longitudinal path of the piles 6 to be turned, and a folding gripper 12 that swivels around the horizontal axis 13 extending transversely to the longitudinal conveying path. The folding gripper 12 includes two conveying units 10 and 11 with the series of rollers 10 of the units being used to deliver the piles 6 entering the device and a belt conveyer 11 used to take out the piles 6 after rotation of the gripper 12. PURPOSE:To enable 180 deg. inversion of board member in short time by aranging many laminated board members at the inside of belt suspended to the opposite sides of machine frame then swivelling said belt in the air. CONSTITUTION:Many laminated board members 21 are arranged on the under side of belt 16 such that the opposite end sections will be positioned at the inside of belt 16. Then an operating switch is turned on to rotate an elevation drive motor forward thus to lift the board member 21 into the air by means of the belt 16 while to start an invertion drive motor thus to rotate the belt 16 and to swivel the lifted board member 21. Thereafter, the elevation drive motor is rotated reversely to lower the board member 21 completed of 180 deg. inversion onto a roller conveyor 18 and to lower an elevation member 9 furthermore. Then the belt 16 is separated from the board member 21 to stop lowering of the elevation member upon grounding of the underside of belt 16 onto the bottom face of the groove section thus to feed the board member 21 over the roller conveyor 18 and carry to the machine tool.

PURPOSE:To easily recover the discharged paper without changing the storage posture by providing a separate paper guide above a preset paper guide and lifting this paper guide by means of a lifting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A paper discharging mechanism is provided with a mechanism 4 pinching the cutform paper 3 between belts 1, 2 and discharging it and a paper guide 7 storing the discharged cutform paper 3 in sequence while holding it between a stopper guide 5 and the belt 2 and shifting it on a belt 6. It is further provided with the second paper guide 8 constituted with the second guide rail 8a, the first and the second arms 9, 10 slidably coupled with it, and a cylinder 11 moving the second arm 10. The second guide rail 8a is provided with an elevating mechanism 12 and a lifting mechanism 13 lifting it higher than the conveying surface of a conveyor belt 6. Thereby, the cutform paper can be easily recovered.

PURPOSE:To facilitate discrimination between the front and the back surfaces in a box preparation work as the posterior process by effectively correcting the warp of a corrugated cardboard sheet and piling-up said sheets in good order so that each inverted position can be immediately discriminated, by using a reversal piling apparatus for corrugated cardboard sheets. CONSTITUTION:A transfer conveyor 10 for a corrugated cardboard sheet laminated body 16 is constituted in the combination of a roller conveyor 12 and a belt conveyor 14, and the laminated bodies 16 which are cut in a prescribed dimension and piled-up in a constant warp angle are transported horizontally on the conveyor 10. A tilting apparatus 18 for tilting said laminated body 16 in a prescribed angle is arranged midway on the conveyor 10. With the tilting apparatus 18 in the tilted state, a corrugated cardboard sheet reversal feeding apparatus 38 is arranged at the top corner of the laminated body 16, and a corrugated cardboard sheet normal revolution feeding apparatus 40 is arranged at the position where the lower part of the top corner part is arranged. Further, an offset apparatus 68 for deflecting at right angles the corrugated cardboard sheet group which is fed only the time when said apparatus 40 operates, top edge arranging apparatus 76, and a lifter 78 are arranged.
