PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking and sending device for a sheet body surely separating an uppermost-layer sheet body from a lower-layer sheet body and stably separating the uppermost layer sheet body, when the uppermost-layer sheet body out of a stacked plurality of sheet bodies is sucked and sent. SOLUTION: In the sucking and sending device 50, actuators 60 are independently and separately connected to each of a plurality of suction disks 40. When a printing plate 12 is sucked and lifted to a predetermined level, every other actuator 60 out of actuators 60 is operated at the same time and suction disks 40 connected to the operated actuators 60 are displaced upward. Therefore, the sucked uppermost-layer printing plate 12 is bent to be in a corrugated shape, air flows between the uppermost layer printing plate 12 and the next lower-layer printing plate 12 to separate (divide) the uppermost-layer printing plate 12 from the lower-printing plates 12, and only the uppermost-layer printing plate 12 is stably sent. PURPOSE:To prevent fluctuation in speed of a belt and slackening of the belt in a reversing device where an endless belt is twisted and there is provided a twist transport path formed by mutual opposite portions of the belt by disposing a belt driving roller on one portion of the twist transport path on the output side. CONSTITUTION:In case of applying a paper sheet reversing device to a cash sorting and totalizing machine for sorting and counting plural kinds of paper money, the reversing device 11 comprises a twist transport path 20 twisted in a 180 deg. arc, in which an elastic endless belt (twist belt) 21 formed by twisting the belt in 720 deg. arc (turned over twice) is stretched like the figure of 8 through a plurality of rollers 22a-22f. Flat plate guide members 23a-23d twisted according to the twist of the belt 21 are disposed between the rollers 22f and 22d and between the rollers 22a and 22c to stably transport paper money P. The belt 21 is rotated without slackening by driving only one roller 22d disposed on the outlet of the twist transport path 20.

A front end part of the sheet P abuts against the abutting member 300 thereafter as shown by (a), and the sheet P continues to be conveyed in this state. Consequently, a front end edge of the sheet P is set along a direction orthogonal to the conveying direction of the sheet P and the skew of the sheet P is corrected. The abutting member 300 reaches a second conveyor roll 45 thereafter as shown by (b), the sheet P is held (nipped) by the second conveyor roll 45 to begin to be conveyed by the second conveyor roll 45.

In a sheet sucking/feeding device, actuators are independently and individually connected respectively to plural suction cups. At a point in time when a printing plate is sucked and raised up by a predetermined amount, every other one of the actuators is simultaneously operated such that the suction cups connected to the operated actuators are displaced upwardly. The sucked uppermost printing plate is curved so as to become wavy. Air enters in between the uppermost printing plate and a next printing plate therebeneath such that that printing plate therebeneath is disjoined (separated). Only the uppermost printing plate is stably removed and fed out.

SOLUTION: The device 100 for fixing the pile of sheet printed objects during rotational movement has clamping jaws 10, 11 which are rotatable in an angle range substantially from plus 90° to minus 90° with a rotational axis M as a center and which are driven to be moved in symmetry to the rotational axis M via a gear 20. The pile of sheet printed objects is clamped and fixed by the clamping jaws 10, 11 in the state that a plane at a position of the half of its thickness is located on the rotational axis M.
