SOLUTION: Air from an air blow-off hole 120 is sprayed to documents set on a hopper part 201 and different in kind to be separated from each other. The thickness of a document under a picker roller 131 is detected, and according to the detection result, a transport belt 101 and a paddle part 102 operated in synchronization with the belt are operated to supply a fixed amount of documents to a picker part 103. Further, the documents transported to a transport path 202 are blown up by the air from air blow-off holes 121, 122 to float the documents, whereby the friction is eliminated by air cushion to transport various documents without skewing. As a result, damage to the lower edge of stacked paper is prevented without rubbing, and all sheets of stacked paper are oscillated between the longitudinal receiving guide 31 and a rod body 21 to stabilize the stacked state of discharged paper and keep stacking property.
