    SOLUTION: This postprocessing device includes the stacker in which sheets are temporarily stored and discharge means for discharging the sheets stored in the stacker therefrom. The discharge means includes a discharge claw which pushes up the sheets and a moving means for moving the discharge claw along the stacker. The discharge claw has a contact surface with which the sheets are brought into contact when the sheets are pushed up. The contact surface has a plurality of projections projecting toward the sheets.
