摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image formation device capable of performing binding processing without increasing size and reducing processing efficiency even when binding means is used whose height of a reception part is different.SOLUTION: Binding processing is performed by a stapler 110 with a staple to a sheet bundle ejected to an intermediate processing tray 107 in a state of receiving the sheet bundle in a reception part, and the binding processing is performed by a non-staple binding unit 102 with no staple to the sheet bundle ejected to the intermediate processing tray 107 in a state of receiving the sheet bundle in a reception part whose space in a thickness direction is narrower than that of the reception part of the stapler 110. The non-staple binding unit 102 is placed at a position that is displaced in a width direction orthogonal to a sheet ejection direction from a region on the intermediate processing tray 107 through which the sheet ejected by sheet ejection means passes when the binding processing is performed by the stapler 110.

The jogger stack means is disposed above the loading tray, the support is disposed between the loading tray and the jogger stack means, the discharge sheet material is supported on a pair of right and left joggers, and the trailing end parts of the sheet materials are placed in order on the support at the advance position to form a sheaf of sheet materials. When the joggers are opened, the sheaf of sheet materials arranged in order is dropped on the loading tray. The support is moved backward and the trailing end parts of the sheaf of sheet materials placed on the support are dropped on the loading tray and loaded thereon.
