    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faultless method from a conventional method for producing an N,N'-disubstituted 1,4-diaminoanthraquinone having problems wherein water-insoluble byproducts partially insoluble in a reaction medium are caused, and, in some cases, observed in a main product as an insoluble impurity, and a high viscosity reducing space time yield is caused in a reaction path.
    SOLUTION: The method for producing the N,N'-disubstituted 1,4- diaminoanthraquinone involves reacting 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone (quinizarin) with an aliphatic or aromatic amine in the presence of a polar aprotonic solvent having at least 30 wt.% solubility at 20°C in an aqueous solution, and at least one second solvent different from the aprotonic solvent.
