Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions useful as refrigerants, heat transfer fluids, foaming agents, etc. which are not degraded even when exposed to high temperatures or contacted with other compounds, are thermally and chemically stable and do not require addition of stabilizers.SOLUTION: The present invention provides halogenated olefin compositions containing 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene and/or 2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene and being stable without stabilizers in the presence of lubricants, metals, water, polyol B-side formulations and mixtures thereof.
Abstract:
Provided is a lubricating oil composition for a refrigerator which uses a base oil including as the main component at least one kind of oxygen-containing compounds selected from polyoxyalkylene glycols, polyvinyl ethers, copolymers of poly(oxy)alkylene glycols or monoethers thereof and polyvinyl ethers, polyol esters, and polycarbonates. The lubricating oil composition for a refrigerator is used for a refrigerator that uses, as a refrigerant, a fluorine-containing organic compound, which is a refrigerant applicable to current car air conditioner systems or the like and has a specific polar structure, and has favorable sealing property, a low coefficient of friction factor in a sliding part, and excellent stability as well as excellent compatibility with the refrigerant.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lubricating oil composition for a refrigerator, which is useful for a refrigerator using a refrigerant having a specific structure, such as an unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound being a refrigerant usable in an existing car air-conditioner system etc., and has excellent compatibility with the refrigerant, improved sealability, a low coefficient of friction of a sliding part and excellent stability. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil composition for a refrigerator comprises (A) a base oil having a polyol ester-based compound as a main component composed of a polyhydric alcohol selected from pentaerythritol, dipentaerythritol, trimethylolpropane and neopentyl glycol and a 4-20C aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, (B) a phosphorus-based additive composed of a phosphate triester and/or a phosphite triester and (C) at least one kind of an acid scavenger selected from a glycidyl ester, a glycidyl ether and an α-olefin oxide.
