The remote server is installed in a service provider, connected to the intermediary server through a first network transmission interface, and can transmit the data to the intermediary server spontaneously. The plurality of set-top boxes are installed in clients and have a first memory unit, respectively. The intermediary server is connected to the set-top boxes through a second network transmission interface, and can transmit the data to the set-top boxes spontaneously. Among these, the data is stored in the first memory unit of each set-top box.
