摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving system capable of achieving leveling of energy load by corresponding to necessary cold or hot water supply load in a butchering process such as slaughter and treatment of internal organs in a butchering facility. SOLUTION: The butchering facility 10 includes a water heat source type CO 2 water heater 12, an ice storage tank 14 and a hot water storage tank 16. During nighttime when butchering is not performed, the CO 2 water heater 12 is operated, ice is stored in the ice storage tank 14 and hot water is stored in the hot water storage tank 16, so as to achieve leveling of one-day energy load. During daytime when butchering is performed, hot water is supplied from the hot water storage tank 14 to a slaughter room 110, and air conditioning of the slaughter room 110 and a meat suspending room 130 and cooling of an internal organ treating room 120 are performed by cold brine cooled by ice water in the ice storage tank 14, so as to save energy. SOLUTION: This heat pump type heat recovering device constituted by annularly connecting the compressor 1, a condenser 2, a pressure reducing device 4 and an evaporator 5 in this order, heating the water supplied from the external to the condenser 2 by condensation latent heat of the refrigerant in the condenser to supply steam/water of high temperatures, and evaporating the refrigerant in the evaporator 5 while using exhaust heat supplied from the external to the evaporator 5 as a heat source, is further provided with heat quantity control means 14, 16 for controlling heat quantity of exhaust heat supplied to the evaporator in starting the device.
