Further, both ends of the barrel part 1 is closed by a closure plate 11, reciprocal rotation of the barrel part 1 is permitted and an inlet/outlet port 24 is formed on the barrel part 1 and/or closure plate 11. Therein, the body 6 to be treated is introduced through the influence/effluence interval 7, the barrel part 1 is positively rotated in the unwinding direction of a vortex and, thereby, the body 6 to be treated can be introduced into the moving interval 8 and is not discharged through the influence/effluence interval 7. Further, by reversely rotating the barrel part 1 in the winding direction of the vortex, the body 6 to be treated in the floating interval 8 can be discharged to the outside from the influence/effluence interval 7. On the other hand, the liquid feeding and stirring conduit 3 is internally provided with a vortex preventive plate 8 in the position lower than the liquid level of the film treating chamber 2 in the upper part of the conduit. A small- diameter pipe 9 opened at its top end in the position higher than the liquid level of the film treating chamber 2 is erected at the center of this vortex preventive plate 8 and a driving shaft 10 of the impeller 4 is inserted into the small-diameter pipe 9.
