摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basket for surface treatment which facilitates the putting in and out of a body to be treated from the basket for surface treatment and permits reliably the uniform dispersion of the body to be treated therein upon the surface treatment and, thereby, can be manufactured easily and inexpensively. SOLUTION: A barrel part 1 is formed by spirally winding a plate material 3 provided with a plurality of flow-through holes 2 for a treating liquid 21 via an influence/effluence interval 7 for the body 6 to be treated, and the plate material 3 which forms the barrel part 1 is superposed in the radiation direction of the barrel part 1 via the influence/effluence interval 7 to form a moving interval 8 for the body 6 to be treated in the center axis direction of the barrel part 1. Further, both ends of the barrel part 1 is closed by a closure plate 11, reciprocal rotation of the barrel part 1 is permitted and an inlet/outlet port 24 is formed on the barrel part 1 and/or closure plate 11. Therein, the body 6 to be treated is introduced through the influence/effluence interval 7, the barrel part 1 is positively rotated in the unwinding direction of a vortex and, thereby, the body 6 to be treated can be introduced into the moving interval 8 and is not discharged through the influence/effluence interval 7. Further, by reversely rotating the barrel part 1 in the winding direction of the vortex, the body 6 to be treated in the floating interval 8 can be discharged to the outside from the influence/effluence interval 7. The coating liquid is circulated and supplied from the stirring tank 5 to the coating application tank 1. At this time, the coating liquid or solvent additionally replenished to the stirring tank 5 is additionally replenished via a metallic mesh 18 which is disposed in correspondence to the feeding port 14a of a replenishing section 14 of a cylindrical shape disposed to be segmented from the stirring tank 5. At the time of the replenishment, the intrusion of the air bubbles is suppressed and simultaneously the insoluble matter and are removed together, by which the coating application defect by the air bubbles, etc., is prohibited.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the film treating chamber capable of minimizing the generation of bubbles, dust and solid suspended matter and stirring a bath liquid uniformly at all times to assure coating with uniform film components and film deposition. CONSTITUTION:This film treating chamber 2 is provided with a liquid feeding and stirring conduit 3 having an impeller 4 for feeding and stirring the bath liquid L in the film treating chamber within the chamber continuously thereto. A liquid introducing port 5 of the liquid feeding and stirring conduit 3 is opened in the upper part and under the liquid level of the film treating chamber 2 and a liquid discharge port 6 in the lower part of the treating chamber 2, respectively. On the other hand, the liquid feeding and stirring conduit 3 is internally provided with a vortex preventive plate 8 in the position lower than the liquid level of the film treating chamber 2 in the upper part of the conduit. A small- diameter pipe 9 opened at its top end in the position higher than the liquid level of the film treating chamber 2 is erected at the center of this vortex preventive plate 8 and a driving shaft 10 of the impeller 4 is inserted into the small-diameter pipe 9.
